Предмет на обществената поръчка е избор на изпълнител/и за доставката на китове, антитела и консумативи.за обезпечаване на проект ,,Circulating Histone Proteins as Biomarkers of Disease CHiP-BiD по Фонд ,,Научни изследвания , съгласно сключен договор № КП-06-ДВ/4 от 15.12.2021 г. Поръчката включва доставка на стоките, предварително заявени и конкретизирани по вид (търговска номенклатура), технически данни, комплектация и количества. Стоките са подробно описани в Техническа спецификация (Приложение №1) от документацията. Поръчката включва доставката на 34 артикула с прогнозно количество общо 44 брой/опаковка. Количеството на стоките се определя от Възложителя в зависимост от конкретните потребности и финансовата обезпеченост. Посочените количества в Техническата спецификация (Приложение №1) са прогнозни, за срока на договора и ще служат при оценяване на офертите. Възложителят си запазва правото да увеличи или намали посочените количества на стоките съобразно нуждите си. Място за изпълнение на поръчката: гр. Варна, ул. Марин Дринов №55. Срок за изпълнение на поръчката - 12 (дванадесет) месеца. Срок за доставка до 60 (шестдесет) календарни дни от получаване на писмената заявка от Възложителя. Доставката на стоките следва да се осъществява съгласно условията за съхранение и транспортиране, описани от производителя, в оригинална опаковка на производителя, с ненарушена цялост, с обозначен произход, а в приложимите случаи придружени и с анализен сертификат и информационен лист за безопасност на български език. Остатъчният срок на годност на предлаганите артикули към момента на доставка следва да бъде не по-малък от 80% от срока на годност, указан от производителя върху опаковката. ОБЩИНА ВЕЛИКИ ПРЕСЛАВ

Стоката, предмет на обществената поръчка, е предназначена за отопление на Детска градина "Снежанка" гр. В. Преслав и административна сграда на Община В. Преслав за един отоплителен сезон: 2026/2027 г., но не по-късно от 31.05.2027 г.. Прогнозно количество: 30 000 л. (тридесет хиляди литра) + 20%. Количеството е прогнозно и е на база потреблението за минал период, като Купувачът не е задължен да заяви и закупи цялото договорено количество. Качеството следва да отговаря на Наредба за изискванията за качеството на течните горива, условията, реда и начина за техния контрол приета с Постановление на МС №156/15.07.2003 г. обн. в ДВ № 66/2003 г., посл. изм. в ДВ № 75/25.08.2020 г. и БДС. „Ремонт на сгради, собственост на община Кирково“, разделена на три обособени позиции

ОБЩИНА СЪРНИЦА

Предмет на обществената поръчка: Инженеринг (проектиране, изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи и упражняване на авторски надзор) за изграждане/основен ремонт/рехабилитация на общинска улична мрежа на територията на Община Сърница, област Пазарджик . В съответствие с чл.48, ал.1 от ЗОП необходимите характеристики на предмета на обществената поръчка са подробно индивидуализирани в Техническа спецификация на обществената поръчка, съдържащи се в отделен документ неразделна част от настоящата документация.

„Ремонт фасади на СУ „Свети Паисий Хилендарски“, гр. Сливо поле, общ. Сливо поле, обл. Русе“

ОБЩИНА СЛИВО ПОЛЕ

Предметът на поръчката включва извършване на строително-монтажни работи, свързани с ремонт на фасадите на СУ Свети Паисий Хилендарски , гр. Сливо поле , а именно: доставка и полагане на циментова шпакловка; доставка и полагане на грунд за силиконова мазилка; доставка и полагане на силиконова мазилка, измиване на фасадни части с вода под високо налягане; доставка и полагане на грунд за боя и доставка и боядисване с фасадна боя. Предприемането на своевременни ремонтни дейности на покрива ще предотврати бъдещото компрометиране на сградата, вследствие на течовете при силен дъжд и снеговалежи, както и ще осигури безопасна и здравословна среда на ползвателите и посетителите на сградата. Подробно описание на всички предвидени дейности се съдържа в приложената към документацията техническа спецификация. Към момента на откриване на обществената поръчка не е осигурено финансиране, необходимо за изпълнение на обекта. На основание чл. 114 от ЗОП, в проекта на договора ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯТ е предвидил клауза за отложено изпълнение. Това обстоятелство е посочено и в обявлението за обществената поръчка. Гаранцията за изпълнение на договора е в размер на 5 % (пет на сто) от размера на финансовия ресурс без вкл. ДДС. Гаранцията за изпълнение се представя при условията на чл. 114, ал. 2 от ЗОП. ​​​​​​​Гаранцията за обезпечаване на авансово предоставените средства следва да обезпечи 100 % размера на предоставения аванс с ДДС. Възложителят е предвидил аванс в размер до 30 % от размера на финансовия ресурс. Авансово предоставените средства се обезпечават с гаранция, която е в размер на тези средства и се освобождава до три работни дни след връщане или усвояване на аванса.

При изпълнение на настоящата обществена поръчка следва да се определи изпълнител за изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи на сцена и външни настилки на Народно читалище Напред 1903 , гр. Павел баня, Община Павел баня, Област Стара Загора. За обекта няма да се иска издаване на строително разрешение, тъй като ще се извършват само текущи ремонтни дейности, съгласно чл.151, ал.1 от ЗУТ, във връзка с ДР 5, т.43 от ЗУТ. Scope of Work (SoW): Printing of UNDP Logo on Tarpaulins1. Introduction This Scope of Work (SoW) defines the requirements for the printing of UNDP logos on plastic tarpaulins provided by UNDP. The tarpaulins, with dimensions of 6 × 4 m, shall be made available by UNDP to the selected Contractor at Al-Rimal Al-Taybeh Warehouses in Deir Al-Balah, where all printing works shall be carried out.
