DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK Manitoba Hydro seeks to enter into multiple Framework Agreements with suppliers for the following service categories: 1. Planned Overhead Line Maintenance and Construction 1.1 Overhead Line Maintenance and Construction - Urban 1.2 Overhead Line Maintenance and Construction - Rural 1.3 Overhead Line Maintenance and Construction - Rural with Helicopter Requirement 1.4 Overhead Line Maintenance and Construction - Remote with Winter Roads Requirement 2. Emergency Response Overhead Line Maintenance and Construction 2.1 Emergency Response Overhead Line Maintenance and Construction - Urban 2.2 Emergency Response Overhead Line Maintenance and Construction - Rural 2.3 Emergency Response Overhead Line Maintenance and Construction - Rural with Helicopter Requirement A detailed description of the services that a supplier may provide in any given Service Category under a Framework Agreement are set out in Schedule D – List of Service Categories to the draft Framework Agreement. TERM The term of the Framework Agreement shall be ten (10) years. At least annually, Manitoba Hydro will issue a new RFQS for the service categories and may add, remove or revise service categories. Existing Qualified Suppliers are not required to requalify but may bid for qualification in any additional or new service categories.
