ENGLISH Prime Location Adjacent to the United Nations – Geneva The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) is seeking to rent out a plot of land, hereinafter referred to as “Les Feuillantines”, located outside the Palais des Nations, along Avenue de la Paix and Route de Ferney. Les Feuillantines consists of three (3) plots of land, referenced 2005, 2079 and 2080, comprising: • Land: 17,421 sqm (primarily located in the Green Zone – no new construction permitted) • Building A – Villa: 270 sqm • Building B – Porter’s Lodge: 43 sqm The two buildings were constructed in 1888 and acquired by the League of Nations in 1937. The United Nations subsequently became the owner. The Villa was used as office space until April 2024. It includes an underground technical/storage area and three floors previously used for offices. The buildings currently require extensive renovation before they can be put to future use. This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) aims to identify interested potential tenants who will propose a project that includes renovation of the buildings and who are willing to engage in discussions concerning the future use of the land and buildings. Interested parties may submit their proposals in accordance with the following requirements: 1. Alignment with International Organizations’ Objectives Any future lease agreement should align with the mission and values of international organizations, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Community interest and public utility projects are also encouraged. Please explain how your organization meets this requirement. 2. Renovation and Compliance Requirements The project must include all necessary renovation works to bring the existing buildings into compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements, at a minimum. Nå skal det byggast eit anlegg på ca. 1,2 km med PE 315 mm leidning frå Krakk til Knapphus. Ca. 750 meter av desse er på land. Resterande i vatn. Det skal prosjekterast eit nytt VA-anlegg for drikkevatn med kummer og drens. Teikningar og mengdeoppsett er utarbeida av Cowi Haugesund. Tiltaket er byggesøk. Det skal leggast ca. 450 meter med PE 315 mm i Røyravatnet. Dette ser me på som ein krevande sak som krev både erfaring og kompetanse. Kantsonen rundt vatnet er myraktig med dårleg bereevne. Botn forholda er lause og har dårleg bereevne. Det kan vera utfordrande å få satt båtar ut på vatnet pga. dårleg bereevne långs vasskanten. Deler av vatnet er grunt i strandsonen. Må kanskje bruke krane å sjøsette båtar med. Graving og legging av leidning kan vera utfordrande nær og i kantsonen pga. dårlege massar og dårleg bereevne. Må kanskje vurdere langgraver eller andre løysingar her. Ny leidning og kummar skal leggast på frostfri djupna . VA-norm og VA-norm for Vindafjord gjeld for oppdraget. Minst 80% av arbeidet skal utførast av faglærte arbeidarar. Det er utført grunnundersøkingar og karlegging av Røyravatnet. Den syner utrasing i nordre del av vatnet. Leidningstraseen må derfor leggast om litt. Noko som føre til at det må sveisast på bend på leidninga og leidninga må leggast nøyaktig i trasé. Det vert stilt krav til GPS-måling ved legging av leidninga i vatnet. Det kan vera fjell i parti av traseen. Då kan det verte sprenging/meisling. I prising av anbod må entreprenør må ta høgde for at dette kan skje. Det er regulerbare postar for sprenging og meisling. Leidning skal leggast i traktorveg, ekre og ekrekant.
