The anticipated contract value is approximately between £70,000-£85,000 excluding VAT. Both machines shall be synchronous with a mechanical coupling joining the 10-pole motor to the 12-pole generator. There is a requirement to be able to physically rotate the generator stator to enable manipulation of the phase and load angle via racking motor or actuator. The machine should come complete with a starting reactor and contactor connected to the neutral point of the motor, to limit the inrush current on startup to approximately 400A. Control of the machine starting reactor and racking equipment shall be by an external control system, which shall not form part of the machine scope of supply.

The study will generate evidence on compliance levels, wage distribution patterns, drivers of non-compliance, and their implications for wages, poverty, inequality, and labour market outcomes. The study will analyse compliance across sectors, occupations, regions, gender, employment status, and formal–informal segments of the economy. It will examine the share of workers earning below, at, around, and above minimum wages, assess wage gaps and wage distribution patterns, and analyse sector-specific compliance risks and determinants of non-compliance. The study will also estimate potential gains under full compliance scenarios. The assignment will draw on secondary survey and administrative datasets, including PLFS, ASI, Labour Bureau data, and statutory minimum wage notifications. The selected consultant/research institution will prepare an inception report, draft and final analytical reports, policy briefs for Assam and Telangana, and present findings in a validation workshop. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES As part of UNICEF Sri Lanka’s Fundraising strategy and following the UNICEF information security policies and standards, UNICEF is seeking to work with a qualified Payment Service Provider (PSP) to provide online payment gateway services to receive payment from donors who are interested in making donations by credit card during the UNICEF campaigns. The PSP is expected to support broader payment acceptance beyond international card processing alone, including local and international payment methods that are relevant to the Sri Lankan market and UNICEF fundraising needs, and to enable operational efficiencies through automation, reporting, and recurring donation support. The Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) shall be valid for a period of 3 years, with potential extension of further term of 4 years with two-years period for each duration at the discretion of UNICEF and subject to satisfactory performance and UNICEF's needs. UNICEF shall provide specific deliverables and time frames for each task when required by issuing Institutional Contracts using the terms and conditions agreed in the LTA and the agreed rate/fee stated in the LTA will be used to calculate the contract amount where applicable. UNICEF reserves the right to rescind the Arrangement during that period should performance not meet its requirements. Under LTA, UNICEF does not warrant that any quantity of services shall be purchased during the term of the Arrangement and is not bound to purchase any minimum number of services. UNICEF reserves the right to utilize other sources at its discretion and shall not be subject to exclusivity
