The Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire, on behalf of Warwickshire Police, is inviting tenders for the provision of a secure Fleet Key Management System across operational police sites within Warwickshire. The requirement will be tendered as a single contract. In accordance with section 18 of the Procurement Act 2023, the Authority considered whether the requirement could appropriately be divided into lots. Warwickshire Police is seeking a secure electronic fleet key management solution to manage, track and audit vehicle key access across operational police sites. • Applies to approximately 350 fleet vehicle key sets across 17 operational sites. • Covers secure storage, issue, return, audit, reporting, and support. • Initial scope is fleet vehicle keys, with extensibility for other controlled assets (e.g. fuel cards, equipment) as optional. HCC - 03/26 - Provision of 2026 Council Tax Reviews Framework
Hertfordshire County Council
The Framework is let by HCC so the Billing Authorities in Hertfordshire, which are the District and Borough Councils can engage the Provider(s) to review the discounts and exemptions within their Council Tax records. The Billing Authorities are: • North Herts District Council • Three Rivers District Council • Broxbourne Borough Council • East Herts District Council • St. Albans City and District Council • Hertsmere Borough Council • Stevenage Borough Council • Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council • Dacorum Borough Council • Watford Borough Council The Framework will consist of three Lots as per the below table. The Council would expect that the Tenderers would be able to supply one, two or all of these types of review. For the single person discount, if residents are found to be incorrectly claiming a discount on council tax by stating that they are a single person and should receive the 25% discount when they should not, then this discount should be removed. For the known and unknown empty property review this should concentrate on the review of premium exemptions in the Council Tax scheme, this could apply to long-term empty properties and second homes. Local Authorities can charge a Council Tax premium on empty properties and second homes in their areas. These are properties that are furnished but not used as anyone’s primary residence. If owners are found to be living or letting a second home, which they have formerly said is 'empty and unfurnished' or ‘uninhabitable’, then any discount may be removed, and a premium charge may be applied. For the other reviews concerned with exemptions and discounts we are looking for providers to use innovative solutions to review the other exemptions and discounts in the scheme. For example, this could be around student exemptions. Residents can re-apply for any discount or exemption post review, and the District Council will require monitoring of all re-applications. CN250568 - Highway Signs & Lines Condition Survey Contract
Kent County Council
Kent County Council is seeking responses from the commercial market to help shape our understanding of the condition and asset management principles around our highway (non-illuminated) signs, lines and road stud assets. Recent activities have taken place to explore condition surveys around signs and lines and the Council has accumulated beneficial data around lining condition and signage assets and sign locations. This has been an ad-hoc activity historically, and the Council wish to move to an established long-term contract to survey these assets regularly and acquire data to inform our future maintenance and strategic work programmes around these assets going forward. Requirement and context: The Council shall look to identify a supplier that can carry out the following requirement as part of this new contract: •To provide asset management data on KCC signs, lines and stud assets using a GIS type system. •To provide condition survey data on KCC signs lines and stud assets to inform our understanding of asset condition and to allow KCC to direct the efficient use of resources in their maintenance and prioritisation. •To consider allowing such a system to expand to record the asset management and condition survey data for street furniture (bollards, reflectorised road traffic bollards pedestrian guard rails). •Whilst it would be KCC preference for a provider to provide both an asset management system, a condition survey and a management system under a single contract, we would accept provision of either as part of a contract lot if it achieves our requirements at best value.
