Predmet javnega naročila je nakup treh novih osebnih električnih vozil za potrebe Mestne občine Velenje, ki bodo prvič registrirana v Republiki Sloveniji, na ime naročnika kot prvega lastnika. Vozila bodo namenjena opravljanju službenih poti zaposlenih za izvajanje delovnih nalog na terenu na območju občine in v njeni okolici. Podroben opis predmeta javnega naročila je razviden iz točke V. razpisne dokumentacije. Ponujena vozila morajo izpolnjevati vse obvezne minimalne tehnične zahteve, ki so navedene v tehnični specifikaciji predmeta javnega naročila. Predmet javnega naročila je okoljsko manj obremenjujoče blago, zato se pri oddaji predmeta javnega naročila upoštevajo zahteve iz Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Ur. l. RS, št. 51/17, s spremembami). Rok dobave: najkasneje v 90 dneh od podpisa pogodbe, vendar ne kasneje kot 30. 11. 2026.

Hazlemere Parish Council are inviting companies to Tender for the refurbishment of Hazlemere Recreation Ground playground. The successful contractor will be responsible for the turnkey delivery of the project, including: • Site Preparation: Safe dismantling, removal, and environmentally responsible disposal of all existing playground equipment and the current nature trail. • Surfacing: Removal of existing safety surfacing and installation of a new, durable, compliant, and low-maintenance safety surface (e.g., wet pour, bonded mulch, or smart hybrid surfacing) that meets all BS EN 1176/1177 standards. • Play Equipment Installation: Supply and installation of new play equipment catering to a wide range of ages and abilities. • Nature Trail: Complete redesign and replacement of the nature trail to foster sensory and environmental engagement - it does not need to be another nature trail. • (Optional) The Zip Wire: Replacement of the existing zip wire located adjacent to the main playground on a like-for-like basis (or enhanced equivalent), ensuring it remains a robust attraction for older children. 3. Design & Play Requirements Target Demographics The playground must provide distinct yet beautifully integrated play zones that cater one primary age group, while maintaining overall inclusivity: • Toddler & Junior (Ages 2-12 years): The core playground area must maximize play value, offering physical, sensory, social, and imaginative play opportunities. • (Optional) Teens (Up to 16 years): The zip wire area must be designed to withstand heavy use and continue providing dynamic play value for older youth. CONTEXT Nature Towns and Cities is a growing coalition, united by a shared mission to create greener, healthier and more resilient towns, cities and neighbourhoods and for millions more people to have access to nature close to home, no matter where they live. THE COMMISSION As part of this programme, we are developing a group learning offer for programme participants - primarily local authority practitioners, but also place-based partnerships of NGOs, community organisations and others. The group leaning should help them to unlock new funding and finance for urban nature - benefitting people, place and nature. We are looking for an external consultant, or consortium to develop and deliver a group learning course on funding and finance for urban nature, including but not limited to repayable investment and developing new funding models. BUDGET We have a maximum of £20,000 (inc. VAT) for this work.
