Tuition Flexible Contracting Agreement

Birmingham City Council

Birmingham City Council (BCC) is inviting expressions of interest to support commissioners in developing a clearer understanding of the provider landscape. We are undertaking a soft market testing exercise to explore options for the potential procurement, redesign, and expansion of a Flexible Contracting Agreement (FCA) to deliver tuition services for children and young people. This exercise is purely exploratory and is intended to support Birmingham City Council in assessing the feasibility, scope, and approach for any future procurement. Participation is voluntary and will not influence your eligibility to participate in any subsequent procurement process. Tuition services are needed for children and young people who are in care, known to social workers, medically unfit to attend school, children without alternative provision and children with an Education Health Care Plan supported by the Home Bridging Team without a formal education placement. The cohort of children and young people are: • Children in care temporarily between a school/college place • Children in care who need to re-sit GCSE exams in November of Year 12 to secure their course entry at KS5 • Children in care newly arrived in the country and Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers while seeking a school or college place • Children and young people who are too unwell to attend school due to medical needs In addition to the cohorts outlined above, the new Birmingham Tuition FCA will also seek to include the following groups, which are currently commissioned through ad-hoc spot purchasing arrangements: • Children unable to access suitable alternative provision or 6th day provision • Children with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) supported by the Home Bridging Team without a formal education placement Closing date for submission of response - 28 June 2026

2026-C1125- Riverbank Road Wastewater Pump Station

Kapiti Coast District Council

The current Wastewater terminal pump station at 1 Riverbank Rd, Otaki, was constructed in 1980s, and has operated for more than forty years and is now reaching the end of its effective service life. The pumps are scheduled for replacement and also required an enlarged wet well and increased pumping capacity to meet current and future demand. The existing structure was also built prior to modern seismic design requirements. School Property Regional - Supplier Programme - Market Engagement

Ministry of Education - Approval from Ministry Employee - ie. Case Manager

The Ministry of Education’s School Property group is reshaping how we partner with the construction sector to deliver school property across New Zealand, and we want your input to help make sure that our approach is designed for success. We are looking at how we can move to a simpler, more coordinated model that delivers better outcomes for schools, gives suppliers greater certainty of work, and strengthens long-term partnerships across our portfolio. At present, our delivery model includes multiple panels and programmes, often structured around different project types or construction methods. While these have enabled delivery, they can also create complexity, fragmentation, and limit visibility of upcoming opportunities. We think there is a better way. To support this shift, we have developed a proposed Regional Supplier Programme (RSP). This new approach is designed to streamline how work is planned, allocated, and delivered across the full range of school property projects, from new schools to classroom additions and upgrades. The RSP is intended to create a more connected, predictable, and performance-driven system that benefits both schools and suppliers. What could be different? • A more streamlined supplier environment, with fewer panels and clearer pathways • Regionally-based pipelines, providing greater visibility of upcoming work • A stronger link between performance and future opportunities • A consistent commercial and delivery model across project types and construction methodologies • Improved certainty to support investment in people, capability, and innovation This is a significant opportunity to shape how school property is delivered into the future. Strong supplier partnerships are going to be critical to its success and your input now will be critical to it’s design. Help us test the model We are seeking supplier feedback to understand whether the proposed RSP will work in practice and deliver the benefits we are aiming for. Join the conversation

Public Toilet Cleaning Services

Whangarei District Council

Whangarei District Council (Council) is going to the market for Public Toilet Cleaning Services. The process will be a two-staged open market process:  Registration of Interest (ROI)  Request for Proposal (RFP) This ROI is the first formal step in the process and is intended to be of minimal effort for respondents and allow the Council to create a short list of suppliers to invite to enter the RFP process. Council provides public toilets and associated assets that require regular cleaning and servicing. These services play a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and accessible public toilet network in the District, supporting positive community and visitor experiences. Council is looking for a supplier who can deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning and related services that meet defined service standards, support health and safety and environmental outcomes, and contribute to value for money for the community. In September 2022, Councillors passed motion that cleaners were to receive the living wage rate, this increased the allocated budget required for the contract substantially. Council welcomes innovative work methods and/or materials that result in enhanced performance and results.
