The purpose of this service is to provide safe, high-quality accommodation and support for vulnerable young people aged 16–21, including children in care and care leavers, enabling them to develop the skills, confidence and resilience required for adulthood and independent living. The Provider will deliver a flexible, needs-led service that promotes safety, wellbeing, independence, positive relationships and engagement in education, employment and training. Support will be tailored to individual needs and delivered in partnership with young people, the Council and relevant agencies. The service will contribute to the Council's corporate parenting responsibilities by ensuring young people receive the support, opportunities and stability that a good parent would provide, helping them achieve sustainable accommodation and positive outcomes as they transition into adulthood.

Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd (the Authority) is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to provide a comprehensive Portable Firefighting Equipment Maintenance and Repair Service across a portfolio of properties located throughout Nottinghamshire(main area), Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire. The service will include the inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance, repair, replacement and certification of portable firefighting equipment, together with the provision of associated equipment and related support services, to ensure continued compliance with statutory requirements, relevant British Standards and fire safety legislation. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining equipment in a safe and operational condition through a combination of planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair services. The scope is expected to include, but is not limited to: -Portable fire extinguishers. -Fire blankets. -Replacement parts and consumables. -Emergency and reactive repair services. -Inspection, testing and compliance reporting. -Asset management and maintenance records. -Recommendations for replacement of defective or obsolete equipment where required. *The Authority may, during the term of the Contract, explore the potential introduction of P50 fire extinguishers. Any such change would be subject to separate review and approval and is not a guaranteed element of the Contract scope. The Contract will be delivered under an NEC4 Term Service Short Contract and will be managed by the Authority who will act as the principle contractor. The anticipated commencement date is 1 April 2027 with an initial contract period ending on 31 March 2029. The Contract will include options to extend for up to a further six years through three optional extension periods of two years each, giving a potential maximum contract term until 31 March 2035 (2+2+2+2 = 8 years). The estimated total contract value over the full potential term is £211,200 including VAT.

This procurement relates to the appointment of an accredited Microsoft Solutions Partner (with Microsoft Business Applications accreditation) to provide specialist support, maintenance, development, enhancement and consultancy services for the Department’s core finance system, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (currently hosted on-premises within Azure Cloud, with a future roadmap to migrate to the SaaS platform). The contract is intended to ensure the ongoing stability, performance, resilience and evolution of this business-critical platform and its associated Microsoft technology estate. The Supplier shall possess the technical expertise and capability to support, maintain and develop the wider Microsoft application environment, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft SQL Server databases, integration services, Power Platform, Copilot, Logic Apps and associated Microsoft technologies. The scope of the requirement includes the provision of 2nd and 3rd line support services delivered against agreed service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs), including incident response and resolution times based on the priority and severity of incidents. The Supplier will be responsible for incident, problem and change management, code development, code deployment, system enhancements and continuous service improvement activities. The Supplier will assume responsibility for the support, maintenance, performance optimisation and ongoing development of all existing custom code, extensions, integrations, Logic Apps, Power Platform solutions, Copilot capabilities, workflows and associated components within the Business Central environment. Capping works to the existing Phase 2 landfill area are also included and will comprise 1mm thick LLDPE welded geomembrane and restoration soils.

Background HMRC currently uses email and mobile messaging channels, including SMS, RCS Basic and RCS, to communicate with customers through a Communications Platform as a Service solution. The service supports over 550 million inbound and outbound communications annually, covering both transactional and campaign-based communications. The service includes customer preference management, profile management and contact history capabilities, together with integrations across HMRC's broader technology estate. The Department for Education (DfE) is responsible for the Step Up to Social Work (SUSW) programme and is inviting applications from suitably qualified suppliers to bid for the opportunity to be the contractor to manage the application and assessment process for Cohort 10. SUSW is an established part of the social work sufficiency pipeline, training high-quality post-graduate students to become qualified, practising social workers. SUSW is a local authority led, accelerated, practice-focused route into social work. SUSW commenced in 2010 and runs every 2 years. There have been 8 completed cohorts to date, training 3,500 Social Workers. Cohort 9 (640 students) commenced in January 2026 and will complete March 2027. Programme Scope a) Develop a marketing plan and supporting materials with clear, consistent branding, ensuring alignment across all Regional Partnerships and coherence between local communications and the national strategy to maximise impact and reach. b) Design, manage and host a web portal allowing potential applicants to; - Register interest in the programme - Access information about the programme - Complete and submit applications. - Undertake an online written assessment - Book an appointment for the assessment centre, meet and greet and applicant support sessions. -The web portal should allow for at least 5,000 applications. c) Work with the DfE and Regional Partnerships (RP) to develop web content for the platform (web content from the previous cohort can be used). d) Operate a helpline (phone and email) for candidates applying for the programme during the application and assessment window (Feb 2027 – Nov 2027). The Wigan drug and alcohol service will be delivered through a whole-system, neighbourhood-based model aligned with Progress with Unity and the borough's Community Health Improvement Transformation. The service will shift away from traditional, service-led delivery towards a relationship-based approach that prioritises prevention, early intervention and reducing health inequalities. Working closely with health, social care, community, voluntary sector and criminal justice partners, the Provider will act as a system leader and enabler, ensuring support is visible, accessible and embedded within local communities. Recovery workers will be based in neighbourhood settings, supported by flexible outreach, in-reach, drop-in provision and coordinated evening and weekend support to help people access assistance at the earliest opportunity. The model will place equal emphasis on prevention, treatment and recovery. Prevention activity will be shared across the wider system, with the Provider supporting workforce development, brief interventions, screening, trauma-informed practice and early identification of need. Treatment will consist of high-quality, evidence-based clinical and psychosocial interventions integrated with mental health, housing, employment, sexual health and criminal justice services. Recovery will begin from first contact, focusing on long-term outcomes such as improved health, wellbeing, housing, employment, social connections and independence. The service will place strong emphasis on reducing inequalities, improving access for vulnerable and underrepresented groups, and embedding lived experience throughout service design, delivery and continuous improvement.
