The specification is in grid format with all the main and optional requirements. The provider is to tick if this is provided both in the main core offering or an optional upgrade. The procurement is to purchase “best value” services involving office 365, Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) web filtering and monitoring, Anti-Virus and an optional support desk, for about 135 member schools in Medway and Kent. The services would need to be maintained to meet statutory requirements, and also to continue the high-quality expectations from members. The present services need to meet specific KPI’s, and this will continue. The Contract is anticipated to commence on 01 April 2027 and will continue for a period of 36 months with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. Chesterfield Borough Council (CBC) is seeking to procure an Assisted Lifeguard Technology (ALT) system to enhance drowning prevention and improve safety supervision across its leisure facilities. The council requires a complete Assisted Lifeguard Technology system capable of drowning detection, including automated monitoring, behavioural anomaly detection, and alerting lifeguards to incidents. The system must meet the following minimum requirements: • Detection Speed: Automated detection and alert within a defined timeframe (e.g., under 10 seconds). • Accuracy: Low false-positive and false-negative rates. • Reliability: Operation at or above 99% uptime. • Environmental Resilience: Must function correctly in humid, indoor aquatic environments. The system must support all designated council-managed pools, including: • Main public swimming pools • Training pools • Any additional areas where water-based activities occur • Suppliers must specify equipment layouts, coverage maps, and blind-spot mitigation strategies. Maximum total contract value of £140,000.00 excl. VAT.

West Sussex County Council (WSCC) is continuing to explore options to expand and improve temporary accommodation across the county, with a strong focus on promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing of people who are homeless, as well as refugees and migrants in need of housing support. We are particularly interested in working with providers offering privately owned accommodation and independent settings, alongside more traditional provision. Due to increasing demand, we are now actively inviting accommodation providers and property owners to come forward and engage with us. The Council is seeking to engage with providers who can secure or supply temporary and emergency accommodation, as defined by Part VII of the Housing Act 1996, for individuals and households experiencing homelessness. This engagement will help inform a potential future procurement process.

Leicester City Council is commissioning the provision of Let’s Get Growing Service (LGGS) Leicester City Council is seeking a provider who will build on the success of the previous food growing programme in the city. Its aim will be to develop community food growing opportunities, harnessing the skills and talents of the growing community and increasing knowledge and skills in communities that may have limited access to nature-based activities such as growing food and socialising outdoors with others. The service provider will focus on the sharing of good practice through a variety of workshops, training courses and networking events, highlighting the benefits of food growing, ecotherapy and an awareness of green spaces to help prevent ill health and improve the physical and mental health of the local community whilst strengthening their resilience. The programme will also focus on increasing social inclusion, encouraging communities to engage with all aspects of food growing from seeds through to harvesting and sharing and using their produce. The proposed Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, commencing 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2030 with an option to extend to 31st March 2032, subject to satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, taking the contract term to a maximum of 5 years ending 31st March 2032. The estimated contract value is £300,000 excluding VAT and 360,000 Including VAT.
