The Supply of Pollution Control Sorbents

Team Leidos are proud to be delivering the logistics commodities and services transformation (LCS(T)) Delivery partner contracts (LCS (T)/0001 dated 16.4.2015) on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence (the ‘Prime Contract’). Delivery of other parts of the LCS(T) contract are delivered by Leidos Europe Ltd (LEL) and other partners (together ‘Team Leidos’). This requirement is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations and respective advertising action. In April 2015, the MOD signed a thirteen year contract with Leidos Europe Ltd to provide the procurement and inventory management of commodity items (as well as the storage and distribution services), that were historically provided in-house by the Logistic Commodities and Services Operating Centre. Leidos, working with the MOD, will transform the way these services are delivered to ensure requirements continue to be met whilst providing best value for money for the department. The organisation delivering these services is known as Team Leidos. There is an intention to run a procurement in the future for The Supply of Pollution Control Sorbents.The agreement has an estimated value between ex. VAT. £3,120,000 - £7,800,000 inc. VAT 3,744,000 - £9,360,000 Team Leidos will issue a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice (PMEN) closer to the tender launch to enable Suppliers to support the development of the requirment of the sorucing strategy. Suppliers do not need to contact Team Leidos at this time regarding this notice.

This Scope of Works covers the replacement, demolition and refurbishment of 4No mast structures. The works comprise of the removal and replacement of MT0019 with a new monopole, the demolition of MT0106, the like-for-like replacement of MT0265, and the comprehensive refurbishment of MT0494. MT0019: The scope comprises of the complete removal of the existing lattice tower MT0019 and its replacement with a new monopole structure. MT0106: The scope comprises of the demolition and removal of mast MT0106, which is no longer in use. MT0265: The scope comprises of the decommissioning and removal of the existing mast MT0265 and the installation of a new lattice tower on a like-for-like basis. MT0494: The scope comprises of the comprehensive refurbishment of the existing 24.4m high twin triangular steel lattice mast MT0494, with the objective of arresting ongoing corrosion, restoring the performance of the primary and secondary structural components, and extending the service life of the asset under the prevailing very high marine corrosivity conditions (C5-M). Modification Notice Original description: The Home Office and the Ministry of Defence are Department Group audits falling within the NAO's Society Group and so are aligned under the same business management processes. Description of the modifications The Financial Audit and Assurance Services contracts awarded under procurement reference GEN_20_22 have been modified to increase the overall contract value by £9.6 million and extend the existing arrangements. The modification ensures continuity of audit and assurance services and supports the National Audit Office in meeting its statutory responsibilities. The nature, scope and objectives of the contracts remain unchanged. Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor: Additional audit and assurance services are required from the original contractors to ensure continuity of statutory audit delivery. Changing contractors at this stage would cause significant inconvenience, duplication of costs and disruption to audit planning, delivery and quality assurance. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the contracts and the increase remains below 50% of the original contract value.

FMA shall ensure that the Norwegian Armed Forces and other entities in the defence sector have access to cost efficient and secure material and services in line with approved long-term plans. FMA ́s main assignments are planning, procurement, management and disposal of material for the Norwegian Armed Forces and other departments under FD. Organisational reasons can be required during the contract period to transfer the resource to Cyber Defence ́s IT Department (CIT) DRIV. DRIV is responsible for the technical operation and further development (DEVSECOPS) of the Joint Integrated Management System (FIF). FIF is a SAP ERP system integrated with a number of other different applications. Internal processes are based on flexible frameworks (Scrum, SAFE), the Security Act and different industry standards for safety and ITIL for operation. DRIV consists of approx. 150 persons, most of whom are located in Oslo. Both employees and consultants staff the organisation. The aim of this notice is to get access to a solution expert in project P1160 'Critical Upgrade of ERP' who shall work with the Norwegian Armed Forces ́s SAP logistics system in the procurement area, in connection with the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The role shall contribute with experience and knowledge from SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. The role can involve cooperation with other departments and/or projects in the Norwegian Armed Forces.

Delivery of other parts of the LCS(T) contract are delivered by Leidos Europe Ltd (LEL) and other partners (together ‘Team Leidos’). This requirement is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations and respective advertising action. The Defence Clothing Team, which forms part of Leidos Supply Ltd. is considering the potential requirement for the supply of Combat Garments - RN FR on behalf of the UK MoD. The total estimated value for this Framework Agreement will be between £29,548,000 and £73,869,000. The agreement will have an initial term of 5 years (60 months) with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 1 year (12 months). In addition, please note that as a framework agreement there is no guarantee of business. Whilst the intention had been to resume the current procurement, this is not feasible within the structure of the original tender exercise and so Team Leidos determined that re‑starting the procurement, rather than un‑pausing the previous exercise, was the most appropriate approach in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
Provision of Small Uncrewed Air Systems Training

The small Uncrewed Air Systems (sUAS) Training Project will deliver sUAS training starting from 1 Nov 26. This will include individual training, assurance activities, collective training guidance, and conceptual development. The intended outcome is a unified and coherent sUAS training solution. This aligns with Commander Field Army direction to invest and train 240 sUAS System Commanders and 240 FPV Strike Commanders every year to grow sUAS capability across the force units rapidly.

The Defence AI Centre (DAIC) is hosting an Industry Day on 17th July 2026 to share plans for Programme FRONTIER, a new programme to harness frontier AI for enduring warfighter advantage. FRONTIER is a multi-year commitment which will tackle a range of warfighter problems, starting with AI tools and capabilities that reduce MOD’s cyber risk. Through this Industry Day we will be seeking to identify options in the market for innovative new products and services which can be matured into operational capability on MOD networks, at pace and within months. The procurements are intended to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that enhance operational effectiveness, decision-making, and integration across complex environments. The requirement is expected to align with wider Defence digital and data strategies and support delivery through modern, flexible commercial approaches.
