Účelem Veřejné zakázky je provést kompletní rekonstrukci stávajícího objektu Fakulty stavební ČVUT v Praze – budovy B, na adrese Thákurova 2077/7, 166 29 Praha 6 (dále jen „Stavba“), a to za účelem zajištění, aby Stavba byla po dokončení moderní šetrnou a zdravou budovou 21. století dosahující vynikajících parametrů v oblasti energetické náročnosti. Stavba musí být současně plně uzpůsobena svému účelu, tedy k zajišťování komfortního a funkčního zázemí pro vzdělávání studentů, jakož i pedagogickou, výzkumnou, odbornou a další činnost akademického personálu a dalších zaměstnanců Zadavatele. Předmětem zadávacího řízení je uzavření smlouvy o dílo na realizaci předmětu Veřejné zakázky (dále jen „Smlouva“). Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je zpracování dokumentace pro provádění stavby a realizace stavebních prací při rekonstrukci Fakulty stavební – budovy B (dále jen „Dílo“), včetně všech dodávek technologií. Předmětem Veřejné zakázky jsou tedy jak služby při projektování Díla, tak stavební práce při jeho realizaci, včetně uvedení Díla do provozu v souladu s jeho účelem. To vše způsobem a za podmínek specifikovaných ve Smlouvě. Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je poskytování prací při projektování a realizaci Stavby zahrnující zejména následující činnosti: a) zajištění všech nezbytných povolení, vyjádření, souhlasů, stanovisek a jiných dokladů vyžadovaných právním řádem k provedení a užívání Stavby; b) zpracování/ úprava dokumentace pro povolení záměru, dokumentace pro provádění stavby, dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby; c) kompletní realizace Stavby, včetně dodávky technologií; d) zajištění zkušebního provozu Stavby; e) zajištění kolaudace Stavby; f) poskytování záruky na strojní a technologické části Stavby po dobu 60 měsíců; g) poskytování záruky na stavební části Stavby po dobu 60 měsíců; h) zavedení energetického managementu Stavby po dobu Zkušebního provozu. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind die Planungsleistungen für den Ersatzneubau des Brückenbauwerks BW 155 1 an der Anschlussstelle Gilching im Zuge der BAB A96 München - Lindau. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Objektplanung (Lph. 1-3,6,8) des Ingenieurbauwerks, die Tragwerksplanung (Lph. 1-3,6) sowie die Verkehrsanlagenplanung (Lph. 1-3,5,6,8) jeweils gemäß HOAI. Darüber hinaus sind Leistungen der Vermessung, der geotechnischen Untersuchung sowie der Schadstoffuntersuchung einschließlich der Einbindung der Ergebnisse in die Planung zu erbringen. Die Planungsleistungen sind unter Anwendung der BIM Methode auf Grundlage der Auftraggeber Informationsanforderungen (AIA) umzusetzen. Zusätzlich zum Planungsauftrag werden die Bauoberleitung und die örtliche Bauüberwachung für die Gesamtmaßnahme vollständig vergeben.

Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipalities are carrying out a joint procurement of education administrative systems for the municipalities ́ services in nurseries, primary and lower secondary schools with before-and-after-school care, educational-psychological services (PPT) and adult education. The procurement will be carried out in cooperation with the municipalities ́ joint ICT supplier IKOMM AS, who can assist with mercantile execution and project management. The education area in the three municipalities combined constitutes a comprehensive and socially critical service area with considerable complexity and large requirements for efficient interaction, information security and long-term development of the systems. The municipalities have a total of approx. 41,000 inhabitants and an education area consisting of municipal and private nurseries, primary and secondary schools, before-and-after-school care, PPT services and adult education. The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure in accordance with part III of the regulations (EEA notice) and based on SSA-L with the accompanying annexes. The municipalities have chosen a modular procurement strategy to facilitate the best possible combination of functionality, quality, user friendliness and further development within the different disciplines. The procurement is therefore divided into the following sub-contracts: * Sub-contract 1 - Nursery administration * Sub-contract 2 - Primary and secondary schools and before-and-after-school care * Sub-contract 3 – PPT * Sub-contract 4 - Adult education Tenderers can submit tenders for one, several or all sub-contracts. Le Plan Climat Air Energie Territorial (PCAET) de la CCEG a été approuvé le 18 décembre 2019, pour une durée règlementaire de 6 ans. Il constitue un outil de planification, à la fois stratégique et opérationnel, permettant d'aborder l'ensemble de la problématique air-énergie-climat sur le territoire intercommunal. Ce magazine est également destiné aux personnes extérieures au département qui s’intéressent aux Ardennes.

Deze aankoop kadert in de vervanging van de huidige installatie. De levering, installatie en indienststelling van de eerste installatie zijn voorzien in 2027. Daarnaast behoudt de aanbestedende overheid zich de mogelijkheid om, gedurende deze raamovereenkomst van 48 maanden, een tweede gelijkaardige installatie aan te kopen. Het tijdstip van vervanging van deze tweede zaal is momenteel niet definitief bepaald. Verder gaat de aankoop gepaard met het afsluiten van een all-in omnium onderhoudscontract. Alle benodigde testen en wettelijke controles zijn ten laste van de inschrijver.
