This requirement will consist of selective demolition and renovation and modernization of one barracks building and associated sitework at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.This project includes renovation of a 40,640 SF Barracks Building and construction of an addition of approximately 3,000 SF addition to the building, and associate fine grading, landscaping, and other site work per the plans and specifications provided.

The areas of consideration for these dredging services are: Calcasieu Bar River Channel, Pascagoula Harbor, and Panama City Harbor.Calcasieu River Bar Channel: Work for the Calcasieu River Bar Channel will require one fully crewed and equipped self-propelled trailing suction type hopper dredge. The dredge must have the capability to dredge maintenance material up to a depth of -45ft MLLW and place dredged material into the Ocean Dredge Material Disposal Sites (ODMDS).Pascagoula Harbor: Work for the Pascagoula Harbor maintenance dredging will require a hopper dredge. The dredge must have the capability to dredge maintenance material up to a depth of -46 ft MLLW and place dredged material in the Ocean Dredge Material Disposal Site (ODMDS). Dredged material shall be placed within Pascagoula ODMDS. The transport distance to the designated placement area varies depending on dredge assignment but typically is within 3-5 miles of the dredge cut.Panama City Harbor: Work for the Panama City Harbor maintenance dredging will require a medium to small hopper. The dredge must have the capability to dredge maintenance material up to a depth of -40 ft MLLW and place dredged material within channel adjacent to the entrance jetty. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) maintains Countermeasures That Work, an evidence-based reference guide used by State Highway Safety Offices (SHSOs) and other stakeholders to identify effective behavioral traffic safety countermeasures. NHTSA is seeking contractor support to update the guide based on the latest available research, emerging countermeasures, and developments in highway safety. The purpose of this requirement is to update the current 12th edition of Countermeasures That Work and its electronic version (E-CMTW), resulting in the 13th edition. The contractor will conduct comprehensive literature searches, review and evaluate relevant research, and incorporate significant new findings, resources, and implementation considerations into approximately three to four program-area chapters annually. The final deliverable will include a consolidated Word document incorporating all updates made during the period of performance.

This action will result in the award of a new contract which will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) contract.
