Predmet javnega naročila »Projektiranje in gradnja Tehnološko kompetenčnega parka Soboško jezero« je celovita izvedba projektiranja in gradnje Tehnološko kompetenčnega parka Soboško jezero na območju Soboškega jezera v Mestni občini Murska Sobota, po načelu »projektiraj in zgradi«. Predmet javnega naročila obsega izdelavo celotne projektne in druge dokumentacije, potrebne za pridobitev projektnih in drugih pogojev, mnenj, gradbenega dovoljenja, izvedbo gradnje in pridobitev uporabnega dovoljenja, ter izvedbo vseh gradbenih, obrtniških, instalacijskih in drugih del, potrebnih za izgradnjo, dokončanje in začetek uporabe objekta podjetniškega inkubatorja Tehnološko kompetenčnega parka Soboško jezero s pripadajočo opremo, zunanjo, prometno, komunalno, energetsko, telekomunikacijsko in krajinsko ureditvijo. Podjetniški inkubator, ki je predmet javnega naročila mora biti ob primopredaji naročniku primeren za takojšnjo uporabo uporabnikov v skladu z njegovim namenom.
