New Zealand Police is reviewing its enterprise PDF capability, licensing and operating model ahead of the renewal of its current Adobe Enterprise Term Licence Agreement in July 2027. Police is seeking information about the products, services and commercial models available in the market to support different levels of PDF capability across a large and diverse workforce. Police wishes to understand how the market can support: • standard PDF viewing, printing and annotation; • PDF creation, conversion, editing and optical character recognition; • secure electronic redaction and information disclosure; • legal, court and specialist document workflows; • integration with the Microsoft 365 and managed-device environment; • usage analytics and licence optimisation; • tiered or targeted licensing arrangements; and • implementation, transition, support and change management. Police is not assuming that a single product or licence type must support every user. The RFI will help Police understand whether a tiered PDF service could provide appropriate functionality to different user groups while improving commercial flexibility and value for money. ОБЩИНА ГОРНА ОРЯХОВИЦА
Основната цел на поръчката е избор на изпълнител притежаващ необходимата професионална компетентност и квалификация за изпълнение на услугите по изготвяне на инвестиционен проект във фаза Технически проект и упражняване на авторски надзор. Пълното описание на изискванията, относно съдържание на проекта, се съдържат в Техническата спецификация/техническо задание към всяка обособена позиция. Общата прогнозна стойност на поръчката е до 109 250,00 евро (сто и девет хиляди двеста и петдесет евро) без ДДС. Съгласно чл. 21, ал. 6 от ЗОП, Възложителят има право да възлага обособени позиции по реда, валиден за индивидуалната стойност на всяка от тях, при условие, че стойността на съответната обособена позиция не надхвърля 79 998,77 евро за доставки и услуги и общата стойност на обособените позиции, възложени по този начин, не надхвърля 20 на сто от общата стойност на поръчката. В тези случаи независимо от остатъчната стойност на поръчката тя се възлага по реда, приложим към общата стойност на цялата поръчка. Тъй като индивидуалната стойност на обособена позиция №2 е под 21 850,00 евро без ДДС, същата попада в приложното поле на чл. 20, ал. 4, т. 3 от ЗОП. С оглед изложеното и на основание чл. 21, ал. 6 от ЗОП, обособена позиция №2, ще бъде възложена по реда на чл. 20, ал. 4, т. 3 от ЗОП чрез директно възлагане. Остатъчната стойност на поръчката, след отделянето на обособена позиция №2 е 87 750,00 евро без ДДС, явяваща се обща прогнозна стойност на поръчката.

Предметът на обществената поръчка e: Избор на доставчик на активна нетна електрическа енергия и координатор на балансираща група за ниско напрежение за обекти на ЦУ на НЗОК, СЗОК и РЗОК София област . 1. Доставката на електрическа енергия трябва да бъде в съответствие с действащите нормативни документи: Закон за енергетиката (ЗЕ), Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ) и Правила за измерване на количеството електрическа енергия (ПИКЕЕ). По отношение на планирането и договарянето на конкретни количества нетна активна електрическа енергия се прилагат ПТЕЕ. 2. Изпълнението на предмета на поръчката включва извършването на следните основни дейности: 2.1. Доставка на необходимото количество нетна активна електрическа енергия на ниско напрежение, посочено в т. 2.4 от Техническата спецификация Приложение № 1 към настоящата документация, с възможни отклонения в положителна или отрицателна посока. Прогнозното количество електрическа енергия от 520 MWh за период от една година не задължава Възложителя да го потреби. Възложителят си запазва правото на промяна на потребяваното количество в зависимост от възникналата необходимост, като изпълнителят се задължава да достави нужното количество електроенергия за денонощие, за месец и за целия период на доставката. 2.2. Изготвяне на всички необходими документи за регистрация на обектите на Възложителя на свободния пазар на електроенергия и извършване пълната процедура по тяхната регистрация. 2.3. Включване на Възложителя като непряк член на балансиращата група на Изпълнителя съгласно Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ), без Възложителят да заплаща такса за регистрация и участие. 2.4. Енергиен мониторинг, прогнозиране потреблението на електрическа енергия на Възложителя и съставяне на почасови графици на потребление. Известяване (регистриране) на почасовите графици в MMS на ЕСО както и извършване на всички необходими дейности, свързани с участието на Възложителя

Предназначението на настоящата обществена поръчка е свързано с осигуряване на нормално техническо състояние на моторните превозни средства (МПС), предоставени за управление на ТП ДЛС Тунджа, за да могат същите да се ползват по предназначение при нормалната им експлоатация, включително в обстановка на тежки теренни условия, предвид функциите на стопанството определени със ЗГ и ЗЛОД. Обществена поръчка е свързана с осигуряване (доставка) на нови, неупотребявани гуми, както и услуги по демонтаж, лепене, баланс, изправяне на джанти, вулканизация, монтаж и други сходни на тях услуги за гуми.
