The proposed contract will support Trent & Dove's statutory and regulatory obligations relating to electrical safety compliance and contribute towards maintaining 100% electrical compliance across approximately 6,300 properties. The scope is expected to include: • Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within occupied and void domestic properties. • Inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations in accordance with BS 7671, the Electricity at Work Regulations and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. • Identification, classification and reporting of defects, observations and compliance risks. • Associated remedial works, including completion of C1 and C2 defects and other agreed corrective works. • Provision of digital certification, photographic evidence, compliance records, asset data and management information compatible with Trent & Dove's compliance management systems. • Resident liaison, appointment management, access arrangements and customer communication to support service delivery within occupied homes. • Technical advice and support relating to electrical compliance, asset condition and future investment planning. The Specialist Immigration Advice Services will provide specialist immigration advice for single adults sleeping rough, and those at risk of rough sleeping, who need support to clarify and/or regularise their immigration status so they can in turn prevent or end their rough sleeping. The services will support 4 or 5 of the London Sub-regions - to be determined - and will form an essential element of London's preventative and responsive rough sleeping support system for homeless single migrants. The dates are indicative at this stage, with the intention being for the contract to commence between April and July 2027.

2026 Tender - The Supply of Feed, Forage, Hay and Stable Requisites for MPS Stables

The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is undertaking preliminary market engagement in advance of a forthcoming procurement for the supply and delivery of feed, forage, bedding and stable requisites for the Mounted Branch. The Mounted Branch operates across three sites-Great Scotland Yard, Hyde Park and the Mounted Training Establishment (Imber Court)-supporting approximately 60 horses. The requirement includes the provision of goods necessary for the day-to-day care and welfare of operational police horses, including: Forage (e.g. hay and haylage) Feed and nutritional supplements Bedding materials Stable requisites, including general equipment and consumables used in stable operations Deliveries will be required across all sites, with higher volumes anticipated at Imber Court. The Authority is considering both regular weekly deliveries and reduced-frequency, higher-volume deliveries where operationally feasible. This market engagement exercise is intended to gather information on supplier capability, delivery models, pricing structures and potential efficiencies to inform and shape the procurement approach. The MPS is currently considering the use of the Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 for the forthcoming procurement.

The project will be led by the PHI research team who will lead on survey design, ethical approval, data analyses and reporting. This service specification is to procure the professional data collection partner to lead on data collection. This Invitation to Tender (ITT) invites bidders to: • Liaise with the LJMU team to finalise the survey questions; sampling strategy/framework; and agree lines of communication. • Implement and manage all fieldwork procedures to collect the data as per the agreed approach, providing timely updates and regular sample data to LJMU. • Liaise with LJMU throughout to review data quality and amend study procedures if required to ensure data are of high quality and completion. • Prepare a final clean SPSS data file, with appropriate coding and accompanying data dictionary, and a data collection methodology report, and provide this to LJMU within the agreed timeframe. • Be available to support with any data collection, and/or data file or coding queries during the data analyses and output production phase (implemented by LJMU).
