UNDP Viet Nam is looking for 01 qualified consultancy firm/institute/organization to develop the National Blue Carbon Action Roadmap for Vietnam.The Blue Carbon Action Partnership (BCAP), initiated by the World Economic Forum (WEF), aims to promote multilateral cooperation, mobilize finance, and strengthen the scientific foundation for blue carbon ecosystems.Since March 2026, NBCAP Vietnam has conducted the Stakeholder mapping and Baseline study for blue carbon, which is currently in the final stage of completion. This assignment provides initial data and analysis, including information on area, carbon stocks, the status of coastal ecosystems, and a map of the network of stakeholders related to the blue carbon sector. The assignment of developing the Blue Carbon Action Roadmap is designed to directly build upon the existing results. The selected consulting firm is responsible for using, analyzing, and integrating existing outputs to develop strategic directions and specific actions, ensuring continuity, consistency, and effectiveness in the implementation of the NBCAP in Vietnam. OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENTThe objective of this assignment is to select a competent consulting firm to develop a Blue Carbon Action Roadmap (hereafter referred to as the Roadmap). The project’s primary objectives of this requirement is the refurbishment of facilities for persons who interact with the justice system in various capacities in Nairobi, Kisumu and Isiolo. The works will include civil and interior refurbishment activities; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades and the supply and installation of furniture and fittings to support the functionality and usability of the facilities. The complete details of the requirement will be provided in the tender documents that will be issued to bidders after this request for EOI is closed.
