Durata efectivă de realizare a proiectului de investiție imobiliară cod 2023 – I – 329 Boboc – „PAVILION NOU CAZARE ÎN CAZARMA 329 BOBOC”- întocmire documentații tehnice pentru obținerea avizelor și acordurilor de amplasament stabilite prin certificatul de urbanism (inclusiv obținerea acestora), întocmire studii de specialitate stabilite prin certificatul de urbanism, întocmire documentație tehnică pentru autorizarea executării lucrărilor de construire (D.T.A.C) și documentație tehnică pentru autorizarea executării organizării lucrărilor (D.T.O.E), verificarea tehnică a documentațiilor tehnice, întocmire proiect tehnic de execuție cu detalii de execuție (P.Th.+D.E.), execuție lucrări conform proiectului tehnic și asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului pe perioada derulării contractului– proiectare și execuție lucrări - este de 24 luni, termenul începând să curgă de la data începerii serviciilor de proiectare, conform ordinului de începere a acestora, defalcat astfel: 3 luni calendaristice efective pentru prestarea serviciilor de proiectare, conform mențiunilor de la Capitolul II, Etapa I – Proiectare, punctele: I.1, I.2, I.3 și I.5; 21 luni calendaristice efective pentru execuție lucrări de construcții și instalații, de la data începerii execuției lucrărilor menționată în Ordinul de începere a lucrărilor; Asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului pe parcursul execuției lucrărilor. Perioada de garanție acordată serviciilor prestate și lucrărilor executate, inclusiv utilajelor și echipamentelor montate este de minim 60 luni de la recepția la terminarea lucrărilor, după stingerea tuturor obiecțiilor constatate de comisia de recepție (dacă este cazul). Prin acest contract se vor achiziționa lucrări a căror valoare estimată de 60.549.468,47 lei fără T.V.A., defalcată astfel: - 2.892.151,48 (Proiectare, inclusiv verificare documentații (A.Î.I., D.T.A.C., P.Th.+D.E., D.T.O.E.) - 578.430,30 (Asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului) - 55.809.100,21 (Execuție
