Community Reablement Support Service

Reabling home care workers will work alongside clinical staff from Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and social workers and assessors from Lambeth Council to provide short term support to people following a period of ill-health or hospital admission to rebuild their independence. Contract value is based on an hourly rate for support delivered, with an indicative volume of 28,500 hours per year. The successful provider will maintain a presence at the Intermediate Care Lambeth base at Ackerman Health Centre, Patmos Road, SW9 6AF and will attend regular multidisciplinary team meetings. The service operates across the full geographical extent of the London Borough of Lambeth. Please note the contract opportunity offered is for five years, with the option of two 1-year extensions. Dispersed accommodation along with a number of hotels being used for contingency accommodation is now being procured outside of Belfast City Council area. Derry City and Strabane District Council area is now a dispersal area outside Belfast for the resettlement of Asylum Seekers and Refugees. The Executive Office provides funding to District Councils to deliver on Community Hubs and support services for Asylum Seekers and Refugees. Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) previously delivered programmes for Asylum Seekers and Refugees which is outlined below. This Community Hubs Project will build on this work and enhance the services provided for Asylum Seekers and Refugees in the DCSDC area. Traffic Signals Framework

The Authority is exploring the establishment of a multi supplier framework agreement to support the delivery of traffic signal schemes across the North Yorkshire Council administrative area. The geographic scope will include urban, semi urban and rural locations, and suppliers may be required to deliver works at single or multiple sites concurrently. The framework is intended to support a range of traffic signal works varying in scale, value and complexity, from straightforward renewals and minor upgrades to more complex junction and networked signal schemes. The anticipated volume of works and final duration of any future framework have not yet been determined and will be informed by the outcome of this market engagement exercise. To reflect differing levels of complexity and risk, the Authority is considering structuring the framework using a complexity led lotting model, with further subdivision by delivery approach. The successful Supplier will be required to provide catering services for Inclusive Schools Trust. The tender project is seeking to appoint a single Supplier whose initiative and innovation will be welcomed for the provision of catering service within the existing facilities for the 6 primary schools of the trust. The Trust would wish the successful Supplier to review the current range of services offered, as well as looking at the delivery of the current catering service and make recommendations accordingly. The contract being tendered is for three years in duration from 1st November 2026 to the 31st October 2029 with the option to extend for a further two years, the extensions with mutual agreement would only be for 1 year at a time and will operate as a guaranteed performance contract, with the successful Supplier offering the Trust a fixed ceiling price per annum for the provision of catering services. The Trust intends its’ schools to be open for 190 days, to achieve the 39 weeks of the teaching curriculum. The contract offered covers the scope for the provision of all catering services within the schools as well as hospitality and free issue requirements of the schools ad hoc. The client would like to see innovative delivery of emerging food trends that are seen on the high street and in retail outlets that pupils and their families frequent and therefore need to be reflected in the school dining rooms. The ITT documentation presents detailed specifications for each school against which bidders can present confident proposals. Free School Meals and hospitality will be charged based on evidenced consumption at a rate agreed yearly in line with government funding with associated sales and costs included within the pricing models. The successful Supplier will be expected to maximise the sourcing of fresh produce on a local basis, as well as provide support on educating the pupils in healthy eating and where food comes from. Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd (the Authority) is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to provide a comprehensive Portable Firefighting Equipment Maintenance and Repair Service across a portfolio of properties located throughout Nottinghamshire(main area), Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire. The service will include the inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance, repair, replacement and certification of portable firefighting equipment, together with the provision of associated equipment and related support services, to ensure continued compliance with statutory requirements, relevant British Standards and fire safety legislation. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining equipment in a safe and operational condition through a combination of planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair services. The scope is expected to include, but is not limited to: -Portable fire extinguishers. -Fire blankets. -Replacement parts and consumables. -Emergency and reactive repair services. -Inspection, testing and compliance reporting. -Asset management and maintenance records. -Recommendations for replacement of defective or obsolete equipment where required. *The Authority may, during the term of the Contract, explore the potential introduction of P50 fire extinguishers. Any such change would be subject to separate review and approval and is not a guaranteed element of the Contract scope. The Contract will be delivered under an NEC4 Term Service Short Contract and will be managed by the Authority who will act as the principle contractor. The anticipated commencement date is 1 April 2027 with an initial contract period ending on 31 March 2029. The Contract will include options to extend for up to a further six years through three optional extension periods of two years each, giving a potential maximum contract term until 31 March 2035 (2+2+2+2 = 8 years). The estimated total contract value over the full potential term is £211,200 including VAT.
