Predmet nabave je razvoj, implementacija i integracija pametnog prometnog rješenja primjenom digitalnih tehnologija, s ciljem unaprjeđenja upravljanja prometom i parkirališnom infrastrukturom Grada. Predmet nabave obuhvaća uspostavu integriranog sustava koji se sastoji od: terenske opreme za detekciju zauzetosti parkirnih mjesta, komunikacijske infrastrukture, centralne programske platforme, korisničkih aplikacija i sučelja, integracije s postojećim GIS sustavom Grada putem standardiziranih i otvorenih sučelja. Integracija s postojećim GIS sustavom mora omogućiti jedinstveni i centralizirani prikaz prometne infrastrukture i podataka u stvarnom vremenu, bez ograničavanja tržišnog natjecanja na određenu tehnologiju, proizvođača ili platformu. Terenski dio sustava temelji se na senzorima za detekciju zauzetosti parkirnih mjesta primjenom magnetske i/ili radarske tehnologije ili ekvivalentne tehnologije koja omogućuje funkcionalno istovrijedne rezultate. Sustav mora omogućiti: detekciju statusa parkirnog mjesta u stvarnom vremenu, evidentiranje vremena promjene statusa parkirnog mjesta, automatsko alarmiranje u slučaju prekoračenja dopuštenog vremena parkiranja ili nedozvoljenog zadržavanja vozila, nadzor i upravljanje parkiralištima, prikaz slobodnih parkirnih mjesta u stvarnom vremenu, navigaciju korisnika do raspoloživih parkirališnih lokacija, objavu prometnih informacija i obavijesti javne uprave, digitalnu prijavu komunalnih nepravilnosti, mogućnost podnošenja digitalnih zahtjeva i elektroničkog plaćanja usluga, ako je primjenjivo, mogućnost provedbe anketa i savjetovanja s građanima.

Beneficiul major care justifică implementarea unei rețele de tren metropolitan îl reprezintă faptul că acest tip de transport îmbină avantajele esențiale ale transportului urban (în cazul de față cu tramvaiul și autobuzul) cu cele ale trenului regional în zonele suburbane, contribuind semnificativ la reducerea numărului de autoturisme, ajutând astfel la diminuarea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră generate de sectorul transporturilor. Obiectul contractului ce urmează a fi atribuit constă în furnizarea a 14 tram-trenuri electrice (3 VEHICULE 25KV C.A./ 0,6 KV C.C./autonomie + 11 VEHICULE 0,6 KV C.C./autonomie), conform celor menționate în cuprinsul Caietului de sarcini. Durata contractului de achiziție: 84 luni (24 de luni livrarea produselor și 60 de luni perioada de garanție tehnică necondiționată), începând cu data semnării acestuia de către ambele părți contractante. În conf cu prev art. 160 alin.(1) din Lg nr. 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice op ec are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii in legatura cu doc de atrib este cu 25 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.In conf cu prev art. 160 alin. La présente opération Osez changer sur la diminution des temps d'écrans a plusieurs objectifs : • Observer les pratiques liées à l'utilisation des écrans, • Co-construire des solutions concrètes pour accompagner les foyers vers la diminution des usages liés aux écrans, • Identifier si des changements de comportements face aux écrans sont possibles pour les foyers, observer s'ils peuvent être pérennes, identifier les leviers et argumentaires qui ont facilitent ces changements (et pourraient nourrir des opérations de communication ultérieure) • Evaluer dans quelle mesure les foyers participants à l'opération réussissent à diminuer leurs temps d'écrans • Identifier quels bénéfices les foyers peuvent retirer de ces changements de comportement (sur leur bien-être, le lien social, leur santé, leur budget, etc.) Dans cette optique, l'ADEME souhaite réaliser auprès d'un panel de foyers, de type famille avec enfant(s), une opération expérimentale sur une période de plusieurs mois. Price model: List prices shall be given for all of the tenderer's products within the product group milk and milk products, with the exception of butter and cheese. The Contracting Authority has defined the following product categories: * milk * cream * yoghurt * acidic products * other dairy products Tenderers shall provide discount rates for each of these categories. The contract price is to be determined as a list price less the offered discount for the relevant category. The same list prices and discount rates shall form the basis of completing the price form, which will be used for evaluating the tenders. The equivalent price mechanism shall also apply for new products included in the contract period. The contracting authority assumes that the tenderer ́s total assortment within the product group will be made available in the contract. The price list will be regulated half yearly according to the following index: 14700: Consumer price index, by product and service group, month and statistics variable.
