General Building Maintenance Framework

Monmouthshire County Council & Gwent Police Region, acting as the Lead Authority, intends to establish a multi authority Framework Agreement for the provision of General Building Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, and associated refurbishment works across 6 Lots. Each Lot will have up to five (5) ranked suppliers per lot each of which will be eligible to receive Call-Off Contracts via both Direct Award and Mini-Competition during the lifetime of the Framework. The maximum permitted value of any individual Call-Off Contract awarded under this Framework is £300,000 (exclusive of VAT). The Framework will support a collaborative arrangement between the following public sector bodies: • Monmouthshire County Council & Gwent Police Region • Torfaen County Borough Council • Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council The Framework will enable these Authorities to procure a wide range of reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance services across their non-domestic property portfolios, which typically include offices, schools, public buildings, community facilities, depots, and specialist estate assets.
Children and Family Services Standing List for Training Providers (2026 Reopening)

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act do not apply to this award. In accordance with Regulation 10 of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Hull City Council is looking to award a contract under the Most Suitable Provider process as the Council is able to identify the most suitable provider without running a competitive exercise, for the provision of Adoption and Fostering Medical Advisory Service. The contract is anticipated to commence 1st July 2026 ending by 31st October 2026. The Authority has estimated the value of the services to be £20,000. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the Provider Selection Regime. Integrated Healthcare Services to Haslar Immigration Removal Centre (IRC)

NHS England South East (NHSE) (the Commissioner) is seeking to commission prime-provider led integrated healthcare services at Haslar Immigration Removal Centre (IRC). IRCs provide primary medical services to foreign nationals awaiting decisions on their asylum claims or awaiting deportation following a failed application. Interested providers should have the capacity and capability to provide an outcome focused, integrated and patient centred primary healthcare service, equivalent to that available to the local community, for the IRC. The service will deliver a comprehensive range of services in-house, to include physical health, mental health, substance misuse and dental services; please refer to the service specifications(s) for a full list of services. NHSE will hold a contract with the prime provider, who in turn can directly provide care and/or subcontract care to other specialist providers. Haslar IRC is located in Gosport, Hampshire and is due to have a maximum operational capacity of 600 male residents. The initial operational capacity, over the first three years of the contract, is expected to be 130 residents. Post this term of the contract, there is expected to be an incremental increase in occupancy, as residents are placed there, ramping up to full operational capacity. The Contract term is expected to be 7 years and 6 months (inclusive of the mobilisation period). The maximum total contract value (exclusive of the mobilisation period) is £19,052,186. This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central & West (SCW) on behalf of the commissioners. SCW is currently subject to restructuring, and the management of this procurement may therefore move to a successor at some point during the procurement process. Bidders will be informed of any such change, and any administrative changes because of it.

Wiltshire Council owns a varied general fund asset portfolio in the region of 640 property assets including leisure centres, schools, car parks libraries, offices and depots. The total general fund asset value is currently estimated at approximately £830m. The Consultant is required to provide the Authority with valuations that are compliant with the relevant professional standards and guidance in place at the date point of the valuations, which includes: • Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting (‘The CIPFA Code’) and any other relevant guidance. The Authority requires a five-year rolling programme of its general fund assets (i.e. a third of the general fund assets valued annually), and an annual material movement report for its general fund assets for those assets not valued in that year. • An annual valuation of general fund assets covering asset classes that require annual valuations. • An annual valuation of assets being held for investment purposes must also be carried out. • The Authority also requires annual year end-valuations for the Council’s HRA housing stock and garages. • Individual asset valuations will be required for individual components in accordance with the Authority’s accounting policy on componentisation. • The Authority requires an annual review of useful asset lives. • Asset valuations must have regard to any impairment events. • The instruction will include valuations of the Council’s agricultural estate. It is recognised that the Consultant may not have the expertise within the firm to value agricultural property. In such circumstances, it will be acceptable to sub-contract the valuation of agricultural property. The aim is to appoint a consultant/s that will be able to provide the Authority with valuations that are compliant and with the relevant professional standards and guidance in place.
