UNICEF Kenya has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a firm to provide technical support to Kakuma, Kalobeyei, Leteiya and Lopur Water and Sanitation Company (KALWASCO) to carry out a full socio-economic study in its service area to develop a tariff proposal and file a tariff application with the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB), formulate a costed asset management plan, five-year Strategic Plan and a five year Business Plan all aligned with Kenya’s water services regulatory framework and WASREB guidelines as per attached Terms of Reference (TOR) - Annexure I. This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
