Within the framework of this tender, UNESCO is seeking a service provider to ensure the full organizational, logistical, technical, and administrative support for a series of offline training sessions for 63 trainers representing 21 Regional Institutes of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education (RIPPEs), to be held in September 2026. The location of the training shell be proposed by Bidders. The training programme will consist of three separate one-week training sessions, each involving a group of 21 participants. The service provider shall ensure comprehensive planning and coordination of the training schedule, including communication and coordination with the RIPPEs, formation of participant groups, coordination of participants’ arrival and departure, and overall participant support throughout the implementation period.

UNSMIL aims to obtain the services of a provider authorized by Iridium and Thuraya for the provision of satellite voice and data services, as well as associated hardware. The Contract shall be valid for an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend the contract by two (2) additional one-year periods. Services: a) Satellite Voice Services offered must be compatible with Iridium and Thuraya legacy devices, as well as devices available in the market during the contract period. b) Satellite Data At a minimum, Iridium and Thuraya satellite data services shall be available 24x7 and be accessible from all countries and territories, subject to local restrictions and network coverage, using the full range of terminals/devices available on the market during the contract period, including vehicle-mounted terminals. c) Hardware associated with Satellite Voice & Data Services The contractor is required to supply hardware, spares, and accessories associated with the services. A catalogue shall be provided. Location: The area of operation for UNSMIL covers Libya and Tunisia. However, given the global nature of satellite voice and data services, products, and services may be used anywhere in the world.

Transport for London
Transport for London (TfL) is conducting a market engagement exercise by way of a Market Sounding Questionnaire for its cash collection and cash in transit services. TfL accepts cash for either travel ticket and/or Oyster card purchase/top up at London Underground stations, via DLR ticket machines, at several bus stations and five (station based) Visitor Centres. This cash needs to be collected and deposited to TfL's banking contractor within specified time windows. There are just under 300 London Underground stations, locations in Greater London, Essex and Hertfordshire DLR stations, and around 50 locations at DLR stations bus stations and Visitor Centres. The services are expected to support the safe handling, transportation, and management of cash generated from operational activities. It will provide personalised and tailored support that is responsive to the needs of individuals and the local area. This will include skills, training and work experience; matching participants with employers through job trials, jobs fairs and job brokering; support with self-employment; intensive and repeated support with applications and interviewing; support in managing health conditions in the workplace; support with travel and childcare; and specialist support (e.g. ESOL, addiction). Support will be available across England and Wales and will be integrated within local labour markets. DWP is co-designing the provision with Mayoral Strategic Authorities to ensure it is tailored to the needs of local labour markets.
