Los servicios de consultoría (“los servicios”) tienen por objeto el Desarrollo de un sistema resiliente de gestión de activos viales para la Red Vial Estatal (RVE) del Ecuador, con el fin de apoyar al Ministerio de Infraestructura y Transporte (MIT) en el fortalecimiento de la resiliencia de dicha red. Esto se logrará mediante el diseño, desarrollo e implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Activos Viales (SGAV). Se espera que la firma consultora seleccionada cuente con un conocimiento sólido de los principios y metodologías de un SGAV, así como una comprensión integral de los desafíos que enfrenta el Ecuador en relación con los riesgos naturales y los impactos del cambio climático sobre la RVE. En este contexto, la consultora deberá proponer e implementar una solución integral que contribuya de manera efectiva al fortalecimiento de las capacidades institucionales del MIT para la gestión resiliente, sostenible y eficiente de los activos viales.
