The Bristol Dementia Wellbeing Service delivers an integrated person-centred primary care-led model for people with dementia and their family/carers, at home, in care homes or other residential settings. This service is designed to offer comprehensive support with the primary aim of enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for those affected by dementia and ensuring a timely diagnosis. The General Practitioner is the co-ordinator of care for people with dementia and their family/carers. The Bristol Dementia Wellbeing Service work alongside, providing a co-ordinated and integrated approach to assessment diagnosis and treatment and are responsive to the requirements of primary care, providing specialist advice, ongoing support, and specialist interventions. The service assigns a dedicated dementia practitioner and advisor to each GP practice, and proactive touch points are maintained with individuals every six months. Holding individuals on its caseload from diagnosis through to end-of-life, The comprehensive model offers diagnostics support, care home support, proactive, in reach support and training plus a portfolio of groups and activities for people and their carers. The service also provides a well-utilised help and advice line The service also offers a wide range of support, including personalised care plans, regular assessments, and access to a variety of services such as occupational therapy, counselling, and social activities. The service also provides valuable information and advice to help individuals and their families navigate the complexities of dementia care. Contractor will be expected to visit site and provide accurate measurements and design space to accommodate at least 18 car park spaces. • Car parking spaces would be marked up using a spacing cap that sits into the hexagonal hole of the grid itself. • Expect excavation down 250mm with a min 200mm base on top of whatever form base is below already. The base is permeable with the land running slightly to the ditch. We wouldn't anticipate any drainage being required.

Replacement CCTV System

The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) is seeking to replace and modernise its existing CCTV infrastructure with a scalable, enterprise-grade video management system to enhance the safety, security and operational resilience of the University estate. The University estate includes academic buildings, student accommodation, public areas, access routes, vehicle routes, car parks, open campus environment and a working farm. The CCTV system forms a critical component of the University's security infrastructure and supports the work of the Security and Welfare team in monitoring incidents, assisting investigations and maintaining a safe campus environment. The preferred solution is Avigilon Unity Enterprise video management platform by Motorola. The appointed Supplier will be responsible for the design, supply, installation, configuration, commissioning and ongoing support of the new CCTV system across the University estate. The contract is expected to last 5 years. There will be two site visit opportunities offered as group sessions (meaning that there will be competing suppliers in attendance in each group). Bidders are requested to limit the attendees to a maximum of 3 personnel. Accompanied campus tour will include the opportunity to take photographs, take measurements and ask questions. The Jumpstart to Success project is a collaboration between the City of London Corporation’s Adult Skills and Education Service, a selection of London Local Authorities and up to 2 prospective additional partners. The project will mentor NEET young people aged between 16-24 years old. The project will focus on individually tailored support, building confidence, motivating and personal development, ultimately helping young Londoners into employment, education or training. The project aims to access YP through housing, social /youth offending services, children’s services, and central London Job Centres. This programme targets groups including those from ethnical backgrounds, NEET women and those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). YP will participate in activities which develop and strengthen their skills, such as coding sessions and hackathons to capitalise on the strengths of those with neurodiverse abilities. Mentors will guide YP on developing pre-employment, interpersonal and life skills and knowledge to move into employment via ‘good jobs’, self-employment and education or training.

The Children and Families service in the London Borough of Hackney plans to engage with organisations from the voluntary, community, and independent sectors throughout this year to shape the procurement of a Framework for Disabled Children's Services in 2026. This market engagement is in preparation for the upcoming procurement. The services will be categorised into 5 separate Lots: Home and Community Based Outreach Support Services delivering personalised support both in the family home and enabling disabled children to access their local community, facilities and services. This includes support to access and use universal services offered to all children and young people. Specialist Outreach Support Offer a structured program of social, recreational, and developmental activities suitable for children with a wide range of disabilities, including severe learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities. Provide specialist support for children with complex health needs, including those, mobility assistance, increased supervision and monitoring, or behavior management strategies . This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in order to inform the market of NHS England South West's, (the Commissioner's) intention to commission HIV treatment services in Wiltshire. Currently, HIV services are commissioned through a collaborative arrangement with Wiltshire Council as part of an integrated service with sexual health services. The integrated service will be in place up to 31st March 2027. From 1st April 2027 the services are likely to be commissioned separately with Wilshire Council commissioning sexual health services and NHSE commissioning HIV services. At this stage, NHS England would like to understand the level of interest from providers in delivering HIV treatment services across Wiltshire. Services must be delivered in line with the national service specification: https://www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/New-HIV-prescribed-service-specification-version-4.4.pdf The Contract term is expected to be for an initial period of 5 years with the option to extend for up to 2 years, commencing 1st April 2027. The (indicative) annual contract value is expected to be £235,648; however final budgets are to be confirmed. For information: drugs costs are paid for separately during the life of the contract as a pass through cost. This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central & West (SCW) on behalf of the commissioners. SCW is currently subject to restructuring, and the management of this procurement may therefore move to a successor at some point during the procurement process. Participants will be informed of any such change, and any administrative changes because of it.
