NHS Northamptonshire and NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) cluster ICBs (LNR ICBs) are looking for an organisation to provide Data Protection Officer (DPO) Management and GP Information Governance (IG) Management Services across the LNR cluster. There are currently 64 GP practices in Northamptonshire ICB and 126 GP practices in LLR ICB. Scope of Work and Requirements: - Data Protection Officer - Provide a contact point to act as DPO and provide remote specialist advice and guidance. - Advice and Support for the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) - Advice and guidance to practices on how to investigate, manage, report, and review incidents. - Advice and support to providers to manage the reporting of the incident and advice on remedies. - Support for the production and maintenance of local IG policies and procedures. - Provide direct response to the GP Practice within 72 hours via email or telephone. - Provide independent and highly developed specialist knowledge and advice across the GP practices to ensure they remain compliant with changing legal requirements, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) The contract will be for a period of 1 year with the option to extend for up to a further 6 months commencing 1st July 2026. The maximum annual contract value is £132,000 per annum including VAT. No bids over is £132,000 per annum (including VAT) will be accepted. The Authority is procuring a Contractor to deliver a comprehensive cycling maintenance and refurbishment programme across schools, community settings, and market towns. The programme will include school-based workshops, family and community sessions, adult maintenance sessions, and a bike rescue and refurbishment scheme. Delivery must be inclusive and accessible, supporting increased cycling uptake, improving confidence, and reducing barriers to participation. The programme is expected to be delivered over approximately seven months, with delivery taking place on a minimum of four days per week.

Cardiff Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced multi disciplinary design team for its site on Pierhead Street, Butetown. The Council intends to redevelop vacant brownfield land off Pierhead Street to deliver a residential led, mixed use development. The scheme presents an opportunity to co locate a proposed Metro station promoted by Transport for Wales (TfW). The appointed design team will work collaboratively with the Council and key stakeholders to develop a vision and design proposals up to and including RIBA Stage 2. This will enable the Council to progress the scheme into later stages alongside a development partner. The Pierhead Street site forms part of Cardiff Council’s ambitious housebuilding programme, which will deliver over 4,000 new homes across the city. This award winning programme represents one of the largest council housing build initiatives in Wales, supported by investment of approximately £850 million to deliver affordable homes at scale and pace. Site constraints /opportunities The site is located in a dynamic, waterfront district within Cardiff Bay, a vibrant and culturally rich area at the heart of the city’s historic docklands. The site is approx 0.88ha and is comprised of predominantly vacant land with a small, single storey building lies at the far northwest of the site. The site has been identified by Transport for Wales (TfW) as a possible location for a new station as part of the Cardiff Crossrail Project which is an integral part of the South Wales Metro plans which would need to be incorporated into the development options for the site. The site comprises of a relatively flat, derelict area of land. It is visually prominent, with wide views out to the north overlooking the Eastern Bay Link Road (A4232). Description: Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Notice for the provision of recycling and waste collection services including destruction of confidential wastepaper from Shropshire Council owned/run sites The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice is to assist the Council in developing the authority’s requirements and approach to the procurement. Particularly in relation to the themes addressed within the PME questionnaire. The main objectives of the preliminary market engagement will be to initiate an exchange with the market to consider the Council’s proposals across specific themes related to maintaining high standards of service and whilst advancing the Council’s strategic priorities. The procurement will cover the provision of recycling and residual waste collection services, together with the secure destruction of confidential wastepaper, where instructed, from Shropshire Council owned and/or operated properties across the County of Shropshire.
