Les Feuillantines consists of three (3) plots of land, referenced 2005, 2079 and 2080, comprising: • Land: 17,421 sqm (primarily located in the Green Zone – no new construction permitted) • Building A – Villa: 270 sqm • Building B – Porter’s Lodge: 43 sqm The two buildings were constructed in 1888 and acquired by the League of Nations in 1937. The United Nations subsequently became the owner. The Villa was used as office space until April 2024. It includes an underground technical/storage area and three floors previously used for offices. The buildings currently require extensive renovation before they can be put to future use. This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) aims to identify interested potential tenants who will propose a project that includes renovation of the buildings and who are willing to engage in discussions concerning the future use of the land and buildings. Interested parties may submit their proposals in accordance with the following requirements: 1. Alignment with International Organizations’ Objectives Any future lease agreement should align with the mission and values of international organizations, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
