Pharmac invites proposals for the supply of rituximab, infliximab and tocilizumab in New Zealand. This request for proposals (RFP) letter incorporates the following schedules: · Schedule 1 specifies the pharmaceuticals for which Pharmac is requesting proposals and sets out the background to the RFP and the types of proposals sought; · Schedule 2 describes the process that Pharmac expects to follow in relation to the RFP; · Schedule 3 sets out information about the estimated size of the current subsidised market and estimated forecasted market for the pharmaceuticals; · Attachment 1 is the form in which you can provide non-price information; · Attachment 2 is the form in which you can provide price information; · Attachment 3 contains Pharmac’s standard terms and conditions for supply of pharmaceuticals; · Attachment 4 contains the standard Principal Supply Status terms; and. · Attachment 5 is the New Zealand Government Supplier Code of Conduct. If you wish to submit a proposal, you must submit it to Pharmac via the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) no later than 12:00 p.m. (New Zealand time) on 2 September 2026. QLDC Chipseal, Microsurfacing & Asphalt 26/27

This procurement is for the chipseal (110,000m2), asphalt (28,000m2) and micro surfacing (12,000m2) components of the QLDC Forward Works Programme for the 2026 -27 financial year. Additionally, there is one Structural asphalt site (3000m2) on Fernhill Road that is being included in this contract for efficiencies of delivery and scale of the combined asphalt work. The scope of the work is described in the attached tender documents, including the Specifications and key components of which include: a) Site assessment and treatment design; b) Texturising or pre-levelling of the existing surface where required; c) Supply of materials, plant and labour to construct various types of surfacing including (but not limited to) chipseal, asphalt, slurry and cape seal; d) Sweeping and pavement marking with reflectorised paint; e) Supply of information for RAMM inventory updating; f) Supply of texture measurements and chip retention results prior to the end of the Defects Notification period. g) Raising of Service Lids h) Milling of existing surfaces and pavements i) Supply of materials, plant and labour to construct full depth AC pavement (Fernhill Road).

Whitecliffs Bridge Replacement - Design and Construct

The Selwyn District Council intends to procure a Design and Construct (D&C) contractor for the replacement of the existing Whitecliffs Bridge over the Selwyn River. The existing bridge has reached the end of its service life and will be demolished and replaced in the same general alignment. The new bridge is expected to be a single‑lane structure with a separated pedestrian footpath, along with associated road, civil, and utility works. The scope includes detailed design, demolition of the existing bridge, construction of the replacement bridge, approach road works, barriers and safety works, utility relocations, traffic management, environmental and cultural management, and project handover.

The Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) Technical Training School has a requirement for a small number (three to four) of turboprop fixed wing aircraft to be used to train ab-initio technical trainees against the requirements of New Zealand Deference Aviation Rules (NZ DAR) 66 - Military Aircraft Maintenance Licensing, developing Category A (A1 and A3), B1 (B1.1 and B1.3), and B2 qualified personnel. The purpose of this RFI is to update our market knowledge regarding what is available, at what approximate cost, and in what approximate timeframe to help develop the best procurement strategy to adopt going forward to acquire a fixed wing ground training aircraft fleet, and to help identify the associated risks.
