N° de référence : BJ-WURI - BENIN-565379-CS-INDV du………………… Le Gouvernement de la République du BENIN a reçu un financement de la Banque mondiale pour couvrir le coût du Projet d’identification unique pour l’intégration et l’inclusion en Afrique de l’Ouest (WURI) et a l’intention d’affecter une partie du produit à des services de consultant. La mission du Consultant individuel consiste à élaborer une stratégie des infrastructures publiques numériques pour le modèle économique de l’ANIP en définissant un modèle économique durable ainsi qu’un cadre institutionnel adapté permettant à l’ANIP d’assurer, de manière pérenne, le financement, l’exploitation, la maintenance, la modernisation et le développement de ses services et infrastructures nationales d’identité.
