La visite se fera sur rendez-vous à prendre avec Samuel Deladriere – samuel.deladriere@spw.wallonie.be – au minimum 15 jours ouvrables avant la date limite de remise des offres. Les travaux régis par le présent cahier spécial des charges ont pour objet la construction d’une portion du premier tronçon Verviers-Dolhain de la cyclostrade nommée « La Vesdrienne ». Certaines opérations sont à réaliser le long de la rivière, la Vesdre. Certaines opérations sont à réaliser sur terrains pentus en hauteur (quais, berges de rivière). Le marché présente une coactivité avec l’exécution d’autres marchés du SPW-MI, dont notamment l’électromécanique (feux tricolores, éclairage), les ouvrages d’art (remplacement de l’étanchéité du pont Parotte), et potentiellement d’autres travaux SPW-MI ou non. Ces coactivités ne donnent pas droit à suppléments. De manière non-exhaustive, la liste des travaux est présentée ci-dessous : -Démolition des revêtements existants (pavages, hydrocarboné, béton de ciment) en maintenant et reprofilant partiellement la sous-fondation existante ; -Démolition et/ou démontage d’éléments linéaires, d’équipements et matériel de voiries existants ; -Fourniture et pose de nouveaux éléments linéaires ; -Mise en conformité de traversées piétonnes et/ou cyclo-piétonnes ; -Réhabilitation de couvre-mur, fourniture et pose de différents garde-corps spécifiques, métalliques, métalliques-bois ; -La pose de réseaux de gaines en vue d’alimenter les nouveaux éclairages (hors marché) ; -La pose de nouveaux revêtements hydrocarbonés, constitués notamment d’une couche de roulement en SMA ; -La pose de nouveaux revêtements en pavés de béton ; -La construction de cheminements, potentiellement immergés, en béton de ciment armé, munis d’une « bèche anti-sape » (phénomène d’érosion de la rivière) ; -La construction d’une nouvelle rampe d’accès à la rivière depuis le quai de la Vesdre. Αντικείμενο της προς ανάθεση μελέτης αποτελεί η σύνταξη των Οριστικών Μελετών που απαιτούνται για την κατασκευή εναλλακτικού τύπου φράγματος σε αντικατάσταση του υφισταμένου ημιτελούς χωμάτινου, στη θέση Σαραπιό της νήσου Χίου. Το υφιστάμενο ημιτελές φράγμα Σαραπιού έχει κατασκευαστεί με εφαρμογή των σχετικών εγκεκριμένων μελετών, βάσει της από 10/01/2005 σχετικής σύµβασης, από την Ανάδοχο «Ευρωμηχανική Α.Ε.». Οι εργασίες κατασκευής διακόπηκαν τον Ιούλιο του 2010. Η γεωγραφική θέση του έργου εντοπίζεται στο βόρειο-βορειανατολικό τμήμα της νήσου Χίου, σε απόσταση περίπου 3χλμ. βορειοδυτικά του οικισμού της Λαγκάδας και 2χλμ. περίπου νότια του οικισμού των Καρδαμύλων. Ο άξονας του φράγματος χωροθετείται στην κοίτη της κοιλάδας που προέρχεται από τη συμβολή των ρεμάτων Κουλαλάς και Νερόλιθος. Σκοπός του έργου είναι η δημιουργία ταμιευτήρα αποθήκευσης νερού χωρητικότητας περίπου ενός εκατομμυρίου κυβικών μέτρων, προκειμένου να υδροδοτηθούν όμορες περιοχές (ΔΕ Χίου, ΔΕ Ομηρούπολης κ.λπ.).

Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je provedení stavebních a dispozičních úprav v 1., 3. a 4. NP objektu Ústřední knihovny VŠB-TUO. Cílem stavebních úprav je soustředit do pavilonu UK všechny podpůrné aktivity pro komplexní rozvoj studentů VŠB-TUO a vytvořit tak komunitní centrum, které bude navazovat na nově budovanou Ph.D. Akademii ve 2.NP. Ve 2.NP bude průchozí „hala“ požárně oddělena od únikových schodišť dvoukřídlými dveřmi s bočními prosklenými světlíky. Vnitřní schodiště v západní části budovy sousedící s prostory knihovny bude v rozsahu 1.NP až 3.NP vybouráno. Schodiště propojující 4.NP a 5.NP bude zachováno – zajišťuje přístup do kanceláří a na střechu v 5.NP. Chodba v 5.NP bude doplněna o požární příčky. V 1.NP budovy ÚK bude stávající vrátnice vč. jejího zázemí upravena na informační centrum. V 1.NP propojovacího krčku bude v prostorech bývalé skriptárny vybudována nová kavárna včetně zázemí, přípravny a zázemí pro zaměstnance. V prostoru kavárny bude vybudováno nové bezbariérové WC sloužící pro návštěvníky kavárny. Přilehlé vyrovnávací schodiště propojující prostor kavárny s halou v budově ÚK bude provedeno nově. Rovněž bude zřízen nový provozní vstup do zázemí kavárny a nový samostatný vstup pro veřejnost. Prosklená plocha fasády bude upravena tak, aby bylo možno po odbourání parapetního zdiva vsadit novou čtveřici portálových dveří. Provozní vstup bude doplněn o vyrovnávací schodiště s plošinou před dveřmi. Nad dveře bude doplněna krycí stříška lehké ocelové konstrukce. Nově bude vybudována krytá terasa s bioklimatickou pergolou před kavárnou a přístupový chodník do kavárny. Nové dispozice v 3.NP a 4.NP budou vytvořeny převážně z prosklených dělících příček z hliníkových profilů, aby bylo dosaženo prosvětlení vnitřních chodeb. The contract is for the procurement of construction materials within the Western Region, which includes the counties: Agder, Rogaland, Vestland, Møre og Romsdal and Trøndelag. The building materials can include, among other things, but are not limited to, wood products, insulation, plates, fastening materials, surface products and other relevant building articles.
