The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is hosting an Acquisition Executive (AE) Small Business (SB) Forum on 11/10/2026 from 2:00:00 PM-4:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Government participants will be the USSOCOM Acquisition Executive, Director of Procurement, and Director of the Office of Small Business Programs. This session will be hosted both in person and virtually. In person attendance is limited to 100 individuals. Connection details will be provided upon selection to attend. Intent of these meetings: AE SB Forums are intended to for USSOCOM to assess the state of its SB program and to allow small businesses to discuss barriers to doing business with USSOCOM, provide input as to what USSOCOM is doing well, and provide suggestions for ways to make doing business with USSOCOM easier. These roundtables are not meant to be an opportunity for firms to present their capabilities to USSOCOM, or to receive a forecast of upcoming requirements USSOCOM would like to have participation from all socio-economic categories and a variety of industries. Description: Â The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLR VAMC) has developed this project for the purpose of replacing and expanding the electrical distribution infrastructure serving the A-Wing of Building 1 (the main hospital tower). Generally, the work shall be required to include, but not be limited to the replacement and expansion of the secondary electrical distribution system serving A-Wing of Building 1 and the expansion and modification of the existing primary Medical Center campus electrical distribution system as required to support those improvements including work associated within Building 01 (A-Wing), Building 23, and adjacent exterior/campus utility areas as indicated in the contract drawings and specifications. Â Definitization of Equitable Adjustments: Â When/if change orders are issued under the resulting contract, they will be issued under the following authority(s): FAR 52.243-4, Changes (JUL 2025) (Deviation), VAAR 852.243-70, Construction Contract Changes Supplement (SEP 2019). NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to NEWPORT CORP under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that NEWPORT CORP is the sole provider of high-precision robotic motion control hardware. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).
