NZ Police Health Safety & Wellness (HSW) Digital Enablement Project

This procurement relates to the NZ Police HSW Digital Enablement Project and its Safer People functions. Police are seeking a modern, secure and scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that will provide an integrated platform for Health, Safety and Wellness business functions. The solution will be required to integrate with Police's new SAP based Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) platform and support future business growth and evolving operational requirements. SH15 BSN0656 Mangakahia Bridge Strengthening

NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified Suppliers for the strengthening (physical works) of the SH15 Mangakahia River Bridge at Titoki, Northland. The bridge is a critical two-lane state highway structure that has been temporarily converted to single-lane operation under traffic signals following identification of significant shear cracking in the bridge beams. The scope of work includes: • Development and implementation of the required temporary traffic management • Establishment of the contractor on-site and stakeholder liaison • Installation of temporary works including scaffolding to allow the works to be undertaken with no disruption to traffic • Site investigations and surface preparation for the strengthening works • Concrete repairs of spalled and cracked concrete • Supply and Installation of Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) including U-wraps and anchors • Installation of external post-tensioning including coring of piers, anchors, stands and deviators • Dis-establishment and site reinstatement The ROI is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Respondents are asked to provide information on their proposed Fibre Reinforced Polymer strengthening system, including FRP materials and anchor system, so that compliant systems can be evaluated and shortlisted before a closed second-stage tender process. The ROI requires the submission of a completed ROI Response Form, supported by relevant evidence addressing the evaluation criteria. Health New Zealand – Northland District (the Principal) is seeking to appoint a Panel of suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers of Glazing Projects and Maintenance Services (the Services) for its Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Project requirements. The Principal consists of Northland hospital campuses and community facilities; Whangarei - its hospital campus and community facilities, Bay of Islands - its hospital campus and community facilities, Dargaville - its hospital campus and community facilities, and Kaitaia - its hospital campus and community facilities. The Principal owns and operates facilities associated with delivering health and disability services and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of these facilities. These hospital campuses and community facilities are operational 24/7, shutdowns of services (both utilities and clinical) need to be carefully planned and considered to minimise impacts on patients and staff. Refer to the attached RFP documentation for further details. Note: Only suppliers that have a presence i.e. personnel and equipment based in Northland, and be able to self-deliver deliver need apply. The Principal seeks to avoid additional costs and delay from using suppliers based outside their district. The Principal is undertaking this procurement on behalf of all Northland hospitals and their community facilities. A Supplier must successfully proceed through all procurement phases and subsequent contract negotiations to be a panel member. C-26-104 Upper Clutha Active Travel Wayfinding Design

QLDC has funding to improve signage for active travel routes around the Upper Clutha. The goal is to establish a consistent signage approach as the active travel network grows throughout the district. Current signage is ad hoc, and QLDC seeks proposals from experienced consultants to investigate and design wayfinding signage that improves usability and accessibility. Similar work has been completed in Queenstown, and this previously completed work will form the foundation for works in the Upper Clutha part of the district. Physical works of sign installation will be completed under a separate tender of works.

Solar on Schools - Expression of Interest The New Zealand Government’s “Solar on Schools” programme, announced on 3 June 2026 as part of Budget 2026, is a $30 million initiative aimed at installing solar energy systems in up to 500 schools nationwide over three years. Delivered jointly by the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) and the Ministry of Education, the programme combines $20 million from EECA’s Community Renewable Energy Fund with $10 million from the Ministry. Schools selected for the programme will receive rooftop solar systems and, in some cases, battery storage, with around 150 schools also receiving energy management systems to help optimise energy use. Expression of Interest (EOI) are requested from interested parties. The EOI is split into two distinct but related parts: • Planning and Design • Delivery Tenderers may register for Planning and Design, Delivery, or both. The two services will be evaluated separately (Section 5) so that specialist planning and design firms and specialist installers are each assessed against the criteria relevant to their role. Christchurch Men’s Prison (CMP) Redevelopment Programme – Facilities Management and Maintenance Building – D&B Contractor

Christchurch Men's Prison (CMP) is Department of Corrections primary high-security prison facility in the South Island. The Department is undertaking a significant redevelopment of the CMP site and has recently engaged a private sector partner to design, construct, finance, and maintain a major expansion under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement. As part of this redevelopment programme, the Department requires a new Facilities Management and Maintenance (FMM) Building to support the expanded site and ongoing operations. Through this ROI, the Department is seeking to identify suitably qualified and experienced contractors capable of delivering this critical facility at CMP under a Design and Build contract (NZS3916). The Department requires practical completion of the FMM Building no later than 30 November 2028. This is a critical project requirement. Respondents must demonstrate their ability to resource, programme, and deliver the works to achieve practical completion by this date. Delivering this project adjacent to an operational high-security prison will require careful planning, close coordination, effective communication, and a high degree of operational discipline. While the FMM Building is located outside the secure prison perimeter, the works will be undertaken within a sensitive operational environment and will be subject to stringent security, access, and site management requirements. This includes Ministry of Justice checks and Department of Corrections approval for all contractors working on Department property.

Motueka High School Block G Reroof

This project is a part of is the schools 5YA property funded upgrades. Requirements for phasing of the project will be confirmed with the successful tenderer in conjunction with the school to ensure minimum impact to the school learning spaces. The Library will be temporarily relocated during the works with the needing to be completed so the library is reopened for the start of the school year 2027.
