At this stage the Council is undecided about how best to deliver this project and is engaging with the market to explore options and gauge the current market interest. As part of the Councils Annual Service Delivery Plan, Leisure Services are currently working on a project to replace the existing skate park at Tonbridge Farm (Longmead) Sportsground, which is owned and managed by TMBC. The current facility is approximately 25 years old and is reaching the end of its serviceable lifespan. Ongoing repairs are becoming increasingly difficult and no longer considered economically viable. Employers: System Engagement, Inclusion & Redesign
North East Combined Authority
Building on learning from Year 1 of the Economic Inactivity Trailblazer and Connect to Work programmes, alongside wider disability and neuroinclusion insight, the North East Combined Authority is considering the commissioning of a single project to provide support for employers across the region. The proposed project would seek to deliver a cohesive pathway of support for employers, covering inclusive recruitment practices and progressing through to the effective embedding of inclusion and diversity within the existing North East workforce. A core principle of the proposed approach is the meaningful involvement of individuals with lived experience, to help ensure that any project design is informed by real world insight and supports practical, deliverable change. Subject to approval and further development, the project is expected to deliver direct benefits for North East CA SHINE members and to align with the Authority's wider strategic objectives, including the "home of real opportunity". Learning and outputs may also inform related initiatives such as Connect to Work, the North East Vanguard, and any future employer focused activity.

The London Borough of Havering are seeking to procure Mortuary Storage Services. The service is a statutory requirement under the Public Health Act 1936 on the Council to provide a mortuary service. The provision is for the storage of deceased persons and their organs (if removed). The facilities and services required under the Contract consist of: • The storage of deceased persons; • Transportation to the mortuary when required • The provision and administration of appropriate body viewing room • Invasive post-mortems • The provision of post-mortem room for Her Majesty's Coroner. The Contract will run from 1st September 2027(the Commencement Date) for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for a further period of two (2) years.

NHS England South East (NHSE) (the Commissioners) are seeking to recommission prime-provider led integrated healthcare services for HMP Ford, HMP Lewes, and HMP/YOI Winchester. Interested providers should have the capacity and capability to provide outcome focused, integrated and patient centred primary healthcare services, equivalent to those available to the local community, delivering physical health, mental health, substance misuse and dental services. NHSE will hold a contract with the prime provider, who in turn can directly provide care and/or subcontract care to other specialist providers. The procurement is divided into the following Lots: • Lot 1: HMP Ford and HMP Lewes • Lot 2: HMP/YOI Winchester The services will be commissioned as part of the overall Offender Health pathway within the prisons and as such this model will ensure an integrated, recovery orientated service delivery system both within the prisons and onwards into the community. The service will focus on delivering person-centred care within seamless, integrated structured clinical and psychosocial interventions/services in prison and facilitating arrangements through the gate into the community to ensure effective continuity of care. The Authority is seeking a housing management partner for its new property - John West House. John West House is an Authority-owned hostel facility. It is situated within Maidenhead and is a converted industrial unit on a non-residential estate. The facility was refurbished and replanned from an existing configuration in late 2025 and was commissioned in June 2026. The facility provides accommodation for seven rough sleepers and 12 mainstream duty homeless cases. This is not a concession contract and the partner will received a fixed fee for its services.
Northumberland Raised Bog and Wetland Survey (Sweethope & Roman Wall)

Provision of a comprehensive vegetation survey of raised bogs and associated wetland habitats across two site clusters in Northumberland (Sweethope and Gilsland/Haltwhistle areas). The work includes mapping habitat extent and condition, identification of vascular plants and bryophytes to species level, quadrat-based survey, and collection of supporting environmental data such as peat depth, pH and electrical conductivity. The contractor will also assess site condition, hydrology and impacts of land management (e.g. drainage, burning). Outputs will include GIS mapping, species datasets, analysis tables and a final project report in line with Natural England requirements. The contract is expected to run from July 2026 to March 2027, with fieldwork completed by September 2026 and reporting delivered by March 2027.

General Building Maintenance Framework

The maximum permitted value of any individual Call-Off Contract awarded under this Framework is £300,000 (exclusive of VAT).
