Westland District Council (WDC) invites tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for the Livingstone Street Stormwater Pipeline Replacement – Phase 1 contract. Replacement of approximately 110 meters of aging pipeline with a new DN1200 stormwater pipeline. • Civil construction of robust stormwater manholes. • Structural reconnection of existing stormwater laterals and road sumps. • Final engineered connections to existing municipal downstream/upstream infrastructure. • Full surface reinstatement, traffic management, and temporary engineering works. Remove and cap the decommissioned DN100 PVC sewer lateral from the Westland Dairy Products factory on both sides.

Contract 26-40 - Wyndham Hall carpark upgrade

Carpark resurfacing: This project is to resurface and level the existing carpark of approximately 770m2 at the Wyndham Hall as more particularly described in the attached works and specifications schedule. Site works will consist of undercutting, backfilling, compacting and shaping approximately 770m2 of existing car park area to allow for a smooth uniform finish shaped to shed water to existing drainage outlets.

Advance Notice: Scoping Study for a Renewable Energy Upgrade Programme for the Pacific

This is an extension of the initial Advance Notice due to a revised release timeframe. MFAT is looking to procure consultancy services to undertake a scoping study for targeted renewable energy investments across Pacific partner countries, including Realm countries. The purpose of this work is to identify a portfolio of renewable energy and electricity network investments that maximises renewable energy supply while minimising the time to commissioning, within the available programme budget. The portfolio will focus on the remediation and upgrading of existing renewable energy and electricity network infrastructure, aligned with partner country priorities and needs. For planning purposes, the current scope being considered includes Tokelau, Niue, the Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga, Kiribati, and Tuvalu. The final scope, participating countries, and budget will be determined through the business case development process. The expected delivery timeframe is approximately 4–6 months. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is currently planned to be released early August 2026. Work includes exterior work, parking lot and utility connections as well as structural, mechanical, and electrical work. This Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) is the first step of a two-step solicitation process, the second step being the Tender Phase. Only general contractors that have expressed their interest through the Electronic Bidding System prior to the closing date and time of this RFEOI will be invited to submit a proposal at the second stage.
