Passenger Transport Booking App - Market Engagement
Milton Keynes City Council
Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) is seeking market engagement with suppliers of public transport booking, ticketing and Mobility as a Service (MaaS) solutions. The engagement has two objectives: 1. To assess market interest in providing a booking application for MK Tech Week 2026, supporting the pilot operation of Ohmio autonomous shuttles within Central Milton Keynes. The pilot will provide an opportunity to test integration between autonomous vehicle services and third-party booking platforms, explore passenger management for driverless services, and evaluate the commercial viability of a future flexible transport service. 2. To understand the capabilities of MaaS and integrated ticketing platforms that could support MKCC's longer-term transport ambitions, including franchising opportunities, multimodal ticketing, demand responsive transport, integrated journey planning, data-driven network design, and seamless interchange across transport modes. MKCC invites organisations to share information on their products, integration capabilities, booking and payment functionality, data and analytics services, ticketing solutions, and experience supporting autonomous, flexible, or multimodal transport services. Feedback will help inform the Council's future approach to public transport innovation, integrated mobility services, and network development across Milton Keynes. Any questions relating to this market engagement should be made via correspondence on the InTend website.
Temperature Monitoring & Calibration Systems Market Engagement
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust
North West London Pathology (NWLP) is a partnership between Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. It is hosted by Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and operates as a jointly owned pathology network with a hub-and-spoke model across seven hospital sites. NWLP delivers approximately 36 million tests annually, supports around 280 GP practices across the North West London Integrated Care System, and serves a population of more than 2.8 million NWLP delivers services from laboratories located at Hillingdon Hospital, Mount Vernon Hospital, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, West Middlesex University Hospital, St Mary’s Hospital, Hammersmith Hospital, and Charing Cross Hospital. The service supports acute, specialist, and community care, providing disciplines including Blood Sciences, Infection and Immunity, Cellular Pathology, Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics, and a range of specialist and referral services. Due to the scale and breadth of these services, temperature monitoring requirements vary significantly, ranging from support to acute blood transfusion and clinical services, through the storage of blood components, reagents and consumables used in sensitive and critical testing procedures, to the long term storage of clinical material. Operating across this geographically dispersed, multi site estate, NWLP manages a complex laboratory operating model to ensure safe, timely, and high quality diagnostic testing. As part of ongoing service development and transformation, NWLP is developing a business case to review options for the procurement of a UKAS compliant temperature monitoring solution capable of supporting its multi site operating model. This Request for Information forms part of early pre market engagement to better understand available solutions, delivery models, and cost effective approaches to implementing a robust and scalable temperature moni

Feedback gathered will be used to validate the proposed framework approach, inform lotting and contracting considerations, and support the development of the procurement strategy. HBC - Aberford Park Brook Improvement
Hertsmere Borough Council
Hertsmere Borough Council ("the Council") seeks quotations from suitably experienced and competent contractors to undertake the design, permitting and implementation of brook and lake improvement works within Aberford Park, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. The watercourse within Aberford Park forms part of Tykes Water and receives surface water runoff from surrounding roads and residential areas. At the head of the brook is an oil interceptor, originally installed to prevent pollution from Borehamwood's historic industrial activities. The interceptor has since been decommissioned by the Environment Agency as surrounding land uses have changed and are now predominantly residential, office and light industrial. Surface water currently bypasses the interceptor and discharges directly into the lake. Major restoration works were undertaken in 1999 and 2008, including desilting, reprofiling, fountain installation and refurbishment, and planting works. The Council understands that sediments removed during these works were retained and beneficially reused within the site. Approximately eighteen years have elapsed since the last major intervention. The Council has identified a number of issues requiring remediation: • Increased silt accumulation resulting in reduced lake depth; • Malfunctioning fountains due to sediment accumulation; • Algal blooms and associated odours during summer months; • Excessive reed growth resulting from low flows and seasonal water level variations.

Walsall College lighting upgrade
Walsall College
The existing lighting across Wisemore Campus consists largely of legacy fluorescent and inefficient lighting systems that are costly to operate, increasingly difficult to maintain due to the cost and availability of parts and no longer aligned with modern energy efficiency standards. Lighting represents a significant proportion of the campus’s electrical energy consumption, with many fittings approaching end-of-life and rising failure rates. The existing lighting systems at Broadway Campus are inefficient, approaching the end of their serviceable life and no longer provide optimal lighting levels for teaching, learning and operational areas. Current fittings present increased maintenance requirements, inconsistent illumination levels and reduced energy efficiency. Lighting at Green Lane Campus is predominantly outdated and inefficient, resulting in higher energy consumption, increased maintenance requirements and suboptimal lighting quality in teaching and circulation areas.
