Předmětem plnění je výstavba silnice I/50 v nové trase kolem města Bučovice. Stavba začíná západně od města cca 50 m před křižovatkou se silnicí III/0506 do Maref v pasportním staničení km 17,690. Napojení stavby na původní trasu I/50 je na konci místní části Vícemilice v pasportním staničení km 23,530. Celková délka stavby činí 5570 m. Nová trasa silnice bude v počátečním a koncovém úseku vybudována jako směrově rozdělená dvoupruhová komunikace v návrhové kategorii S 11,5/90, zbývající středová část bude odpovídat kategorii S 13,5/90 (uspořádání 2+1) o délce 1990 m bez náběhových klínů. Nová trasa 2x kříží železniční trať a nachází se na ní 3 mimoúrovňové křižovatky, 6 mostů na silnici I/50, 1 most nad silnicí I/50, 2 mosty mimo silnici I/50, 3 opěrné zdi, které jsou řešeny jako samostatné stavební objekty. Součástí stavby je také vybudování 2 úrovňových křižovatek, 6 přeložek komunikací nižších kategorií, 2 příjezdy k retenčním nádržím, sjezdy a provizorní komunikace objízdných tras. Dále jsou nedílnou součástí stavby vodohospodářské objekty, přeložky dotčených inženýrských sítí, zřízení násypových těles, protihlukových stěn.

Zadavatel usiluje o digitální modernizaci svých jednotlivých agend. Jednou z těchto agend je parkovací politika města Olomouce (dále též „PPMO“). V současné době je územní rozsah parkovací politiky platný pouze na dvě parkovací zóny (A a B). V plánovaném rozšíření o zóny C a D (vč. jejich dílčích oblastí) je nutné také upravit a posílit stávající část PPMO, která se stará o evidenci parkovacích oprávnění. Proto se zadavatel rozhodl zajistit si pořízení služeb nového moderního systému pro evidenci parkovacích oprávnění, přičemž pomocí těchto služeb bude optimalizováno rychlejší odbavení občanů, bude zajištěno napojení na registry státní správy, napojení na ostatní systémy PPMO pro efektivnější zpracování předávaných dat a bude také dosaženo moderního grafického rozhraní dle současných trendů. Poskytování služeb systému pro evidenci parkovacích oprávnění musí také naplnit všechny současné legislativní a bezpečnostní požadavky. Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je: a) provedení analýzy požadavků, zpracování a provedení cílového konceptu, zřízení a zprovoznění Portálového řešení pro evidenci parkovacích oprávnění (dále jen „Portálové řešení PPMO“), migrace dat, otestování, provedení školení, poskytnutí licencí a poskytnutí veškerého dalšího souvisejícího plnění potřebného pro řádné zprovoznění Portálového řešení PPMO; b) poskytování Portálového řešení PPMO jako služby (v režimu služby), zabezpečení jeho údržby a podpory, poskytování IT infrastruktury potřebné pro provoz Portálového řešení PPMO; c) poskytování rozvojových služeb, analytických a metodických služeb, realizace změnových požadavků a poskytování dalších souvisejících plnění na základě požadavků zadavatele.
