The contract includes the installation, testing, maintenance, fault response, removal and management of festive lighting displays and associated electrical infrastructure across Salisbury. The successful supplier will also provide temporary power supplies and associated electrical services to support Council events as required. The services will be delivered within a busy public environment and must be undertaken in accordance with all applicable electrical, health and safety, and statutory requirements. Suppliers will be expected to demonstrate robust arrangements for service delivery, programme management, public safety, fault response, asset management, reporting and contract management. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the Most Advantageous Tender, with evaluation based on a combination of quality and price. The initial contract term is three years, with the option to extend for up to a further one year.

Project background: A roof survey undertaken in 2024 established areas of the roof of Penlee House which were causing water ingress and therefore required repair or replacement. Priority areas of work have been identified, as detailed in the specification document and plans attached to this tender, and it is these works for which Penzance Council seeks a qualified contractor. In order for Penzance Council to appropriately plan and budget for the subsequent contract, we would require the successful contractor to supply accurate details of: a) Method statement for all areas of work detailed in specification b) Detail of products to be used c) Limits of works d) Insurance information e) Cost breakdown as per specification. The requirement is designed to deliver a comprehensive and integrated energy solution. In addition to the supply and administration of electricity and gas, the framework will encompass strategic energy partnership services, including portfolio optimisation, as well as energy bureau services covering data management, invoice validation, and reporting. Metering services will also form part of the scope, including the provision, installation, and ongoing data collection from metering assets. Projekt Zeleni krog Benedikta obsega ureditev, obnovo in izgradnjo novih zelenih površin v naselju Benedikt. Cilj investicije je izboljšati kakovost bivanjskega okolja z vzpostavitvijo povezanega sistema zelene infrastrukture, ki omogoča rekreacijo, druženje ter spodbuja zdrav življenjski slog in odpornost na podnebne spremembe. Predvidena je ureditev približno 2,1 ha površin, vključno z zasaditvijo 250 dreves, ureditvijo različnih zasaditev, peščenih poti, urbane opreme ter površin za oddih in rekreacijo. Projekt vključuje tudi ureditev vodotoka in izgradnjo zadrževalnika padavinskih voda za boljše upravljanje voda. Rešitve temeljijo na sonaravnih pristopih in prispevajo k izboljšanju mikroklime ter ekosistemskih funkcij. Končni rezultat bo enoten, dostopen in funkcionalno povezan javni prostor za vse generacije.
