231 Stuart Street, Dunedin - Request for Proposal

Dunedin City Council

The Dunedin City Council (DCC) has agreed to list the property at 231 Stuart Street, Dunedin, for sale on the open market in a Request for Proposal process, and the public is now being invited to submit their proposals on possible uses for the property. We are asking for people to present their ideas on what they would like to do with the property, and are seeking a buyer that not only will restore and protect this heritage building, but one that will also create something that will benefit the city. Proposals should align with the values of the Council, and demonstrate the long-term and wider benefits to Dunedin. This could be financial, economic, or net positive social and community outcomes. Prospective purchasers will have to undertake due diligence, particularly given the classified heritage status of the property, and provide detailed plans on what the building will be used for, and how it will be brought up to standard so it can be safe for occupancy and the proposed use. This should include a business plan for the venture being proposed, an explanation as to how any remedial work will be funded, and proposed terms of sale (price, settlement, conditions etc). This is an exciting opportunity for prospective buyers and the community combined. To submit a Proposal - VISIT www.dunedin.govt.nz/231stuartstreet Note: Proposals not accepted electronically via GETS, see link above for full details on the submission process.

IMP Decision Advantage Foundations

Procurement

The New Zealand Defence Force is seeking proposals for the Information Management Programme — Decision Advantage Foundations, RFX_2846 / Pro_4925. NZDF is seeking a Prime Supplier, supported by Named Sub-Primes where appropriate, to deliver an integrated Information Management capability uplift across three connected domains: Enterprise Data and Analytics, Automation, and Digital Workplace. The outcome sought is a trusted, secure, federated and interoperable information environment that improves how information is discovered, accessed, shared, governed, protected, retained and exploited across Defence operating environments. This is a single integrated procurement. Partial, domain-only or point-solution responses will not be accepted. The procurement is structured in two phases. Phase 1 — Discovery and Design — is a funded, fixed-price engagement to validate scope and requirements, mature the integrated solution design, test assumptions, confirm delivery sequencing, and establish the delivery, cost, design and risk baseline. Phase 2 — Implementation — is conditional on further approvals, funding confirmation, satisfactory completion of Phase 1, agreement of final scope and pricing, execution of the Master Services Agreement, and NZDF being satisfied that implementation represents value for money and an acceptable delivery risk profile. NZDF is looking for respondents that can demonstrate Prime Supplier accountability, credible integration across the three capability domains, practical delivery experience in complex and secure environments, incremental delivery and early proof of value, transparent commercial behaviour, and an approach that avoids unnecessary duplication, centralisation or supplier lock-in. nterested parties must log into NZDF SmartProcure at nzdf.bravosolution.com to access and download the full RFP documents, response forms and supporting information. Details of the optional market briefing will be released through SmartProcure. All enquiries and c
