Call-off contracts under the Framework Agreement may be awarded by either direct award or mini-competition in accordance with the framework terms and conditions. The Authority reserves the right to use either method as appropriate to the specific requirement.

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board have a requirement for a contractor to carryout a full risk assessment to BS EN 62305-2:2013 across numerous sites within the Health Board's Estate. The Contractor shall be responsible for producing a detailed risk assessment for all buildings, and detailed drawings of any existing lightning protection systems for each property as part of the assessment. Where applicable the contractor shall visually inspect any property with an existing lightning protection system. Colour Photographs of each existing system shall be taken and submitted with the inspection report showing down conductors, earth test points, pits and air terminations.

The Weyside Urban Village (WUV) project is an Authority-led regeneration programme that will deliver a new sustainable neighbourhood comprising approximately 1,550 homes, including affordable housing, together with supporting infrastructure, community facilities, employment space, open space and environmental enhancements. As the project progresses from planning and enabling works into long-term delivery, the Authority requires a structured and professional approach to communications and stakeholder engagement to support the successful implementation of the programme. This includes maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring that accurate and timely information is shared throughout all phases of delivery. The Authority is therefore seeking to appoint a Communications and Engagement Consultant to support the development and delivery of a comprehensive and coordinated approach to stakeholder engagement and programme communications. The requirement encompasses both strategic and operational support across the lifecycle of the project. The appointed consultant will be expected to build upon the engagement activity undertaken to date, which has involved a diverse range of stakeholders including local residents, businesses, community groups, infrastructure providers and public sector organisations. The consultant will be required to support ongoing engagement with these groups, ensuring communication is inclusive, accessible and responsive to stakeholder needs.

OS has established a leadership development strategy, leadership framework, and organisational principles, and has identified priority development needs through internal insight and engagement. The appointed Supplier will be required to provide an end-to-end leadership development service, including diagnostic activity, co-design of interventions, delivery of facilitated learning, evaluation of impact, and support for embedding learning into leadership practice. The scope of the contract includes the provision of leadership development interventions for up to 55 senior leaders, including the Executive Leadership Team and CEO. NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP), on behalf of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the refurbishment of Wards 19 and 20 at Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend. The works comprise the refurbishment and upgrade of existing ward accommodation, including replacement of suspended ceilings, vinyl safety flooring, hygienic wall cladding, doors, IPS systems and sanitary facilities, together with associated drainage and water services modifications, fire safety improvements, decorations, fixtures and fittings and all necessary enabling, testing, commissioning, certification and making good works. The works will be undertaken within a live hospital environment and will require careful planning, phasing and stakeholder liaison to minimise disruption to patients, staff and clinical services whilst maintaining safe access and operational continuity throughout the contract period. The contract is proposed to be delivered under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) Option A – Priced Contract with Activity Schedule. The estimated contract value is approximately £450,000 excluding VAT. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate relevant experience of delivering refurbishment works within occupied healthcare environments and compliance with all applicable health and safety, infection prevention and control, statutory and healthcare requirements.

This project supports the LNP’s objectives to enhance biodiversity and promote sustainable environmental design. Preference will be given to contractors who demonstrate the use of reclaimed, recycled, and locally sourced materials, and a commitment to minimising environmental impact. The project is estimated to be completed by the 31st of December 2026. SUMMARY The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) wishes to engage with the market to understand the range of website video content solutions available. This market engagement may then lead to a Proof of Concept (PoC) trial and testing opportunity. OVERVIEW OF THIS RFI The requirement for this Request for Information (RFI) is provision of information regarding website video content solutions that are appropriate for the requirements of the Money Helper Pension Dashboard (MHPD), developed by the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS). Secondly, to ascertain whether suppliers are interested/able to deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) testing on whether video based explanations improve consumer understanding of pension information displayed on MHPD. When considering ability to deliver requirements, please assume consumer testing is to be completed in Q4 2026/Q1 2027. Indicative PoC value - £15K to £25K approx. (inc VAT) NOTE: This value is for the Proof of Concept only. It is not the anticipated value of any subsequent solution. PoC start date - October 2026 PoC end date - June 2027 This is an indicative timescale, dependent on the methodology of the supplier carrying out the PoC. MaPS anticipates substantial activity during the initial requirement building stage and the final reporting/reviewing stage. The rest of the PoC duration, frequency of activity will be dictated by the supplier with MaPS providing subject matter expertise oversight. Based on the information obtained from the RFI exercise, MaPS will decide to progress to a separate procurement of quotation process the PoC. BACKGROUND The Pensions Dashboards will be a new UK-wide digital service that will allow individuals to securely access information about all their pensions in one place - online, via computer, tablet, or mobile device, at a time of their choosing.
