Consultoría para el desarrollo de dos cursos de lactancia materna comunitaria y avanzado en modalidad presencial en territorios priorizados (Chimborazo y Guayas)

Objetivo general Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar en modalidad presencial dos (2) cursos de lactancia materna: a) Lactancia materna comunitario y b) Lactancia materna clínico avanzado; en los territorios priorizados de las provincias de Chimborazo y Guayas, en establecimientos priorizados, con el fin de fortalecer las capacidades del personal de salud, actores comunitarios y redes locales de apoyo para el fomento, apoyo, protección y promoción de la lactancia materna, en coherencia con el modelo de nutrición adecuada para el desarrollo integral de la primera infancia. Objetivos específicos Fase 1: Planificación e implementación presencial Diseñar la metodología y los materiales didácticos de apoyo, con base en contenidos entregados por UNICEF, (guías del facilitador, manuales del participante, casos prácticos) para las sesiones presenciales, asegurando una correcta articulación teórica-práctica. Se sugiere talleres sincrónicos previos de trabajos grupales en modalidad foro. Coordinar y ejecutar las actividades logísticas necesarias para el desarrollo de las jornadas presenciales de capacitación en los territorios priorizados de las provincias de Chimborazo y Guayas, en articulación con UNICEF, autoridades de salud locales y líderes comunitarios, conforme al alcance y cronograma acordados. Ejecutar las sesiones de capacitación presencial dirigidas a personal de salud y actores comunitarios, aplicando metodologías participativas, simulación clínica y resolución de casos en territorio para el fomento y protección de la lactancia materna. Fase 2: Monitoreo, evaluación y sistematización Diseñar e implementar herramientas de evaluación (pre-test y post-test) para medir el incremento de conocimientos y el fortalecimiento de capacidades de los participantes. Sistematizar el proceso de intervención mediante la elaboración de un informe final que consolide los resultados de aprendizaje, métricas de participación, lecciones aprendidas, desafíos identificados y recomendacione
