Background Harstad municipality with collaboration municipalities needs to renew and supplement furniture for offices, meeting rooms and common areas in several locations. The need includes replacing older furniture, establishing new work and meeting places as well as upgrading meeting rooms to improve functionality and use quality. The procurement shall cover the municipality ́s need for uniform work and meeting environments that support different forms of work. The municipality requests furniture solutions with good ergonomics, comfort, flexibility and quality, which tolerate daily use over time. The systems shall function across different zones and premises and shall be easy to clean and maintain. The furniture shall be used in open office landscapes, cell offices, meeting rooms of various sizes as well as reception, lounge and interaction zones. The procurement therefore comprises a broad range of furniture types and it shall cover the municipality ́s need for functional and connected furnishing systems across locations. Description of the assignment The assignment is for the delivery of office and meeting room furniture. The delivery includes, among other things, desks, height adjustable work tables, ergonomic office chairs, meeting tables, meeting chairs, storage systems, screen walls as well as lounge, reception and interaction furniture. The furniture shall cover needs in open office landscapes, cell offices, small, medium sized and large meeting rooms as well as reception, lounge and interaction areas. The procurement includes both replacement of existing furniture and fixtures for new work places and meeting places. The delivery shall be completed and it shall include support, assembly, placement and function testing. Achiziția și montajul gresiei antiacide sunt necesare în cadrul Secției de Rafinare etapa I+II (Secția E – cota 5), număr inventor 100076, întrucât pardoselile existente se află într-un stadiu avansat de degradare (crăpături, ciobiri, fisuri și zone sparte), ca urmare a utilizării îndelungate și a specificului activității desfășurate. Starea actuală a pardoselii afectează desfășurarea în condiții optime a procesului de producție și îngreunează operațiunile de igienizare și decontaminare a suprafețelor de lucru. Neachiziționarea și neînlocuirea pardoselii degradate pot conduce la blocaje în fluxul tehnologic, la creșterea riscului de accidente și la imposibilitatea menținerii condițiilor corespunzătoare de exploatare. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/ informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile.

The procurement deals with destruction of paper documents (shredding). A tenderer is required to provide a secure destruction service for paper documents that shall be disposed of at the police locations. The contracting authority will order the collection if needed. Tenderers shall shred/dispose of paper documents in a secure manner so that the information cannot be reproduced. The paper documents shall be shredded/destroyed at security level P4 for all sub-contracts. For sub-contract Oslo, the tenderer shall offer shredding/destruction of paper documents for direct burning as an option. The objective of the procurement is to ensure secure, cost effective and environmentally friendly disposal of paper documents in accordance with laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms stated in the contract. The agreement shall cover the Police's need for destruction of unclassated paper documents. 3.1 Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky Předmětem plnění této zakázky je úprava povrchu hrací plochy č. 1 v Městském sportovním areálu Luční ulice. Úprava bude realizována technologií hybridního trávníku metodou vertikálního strojového všívání zpevňujících umělých vláken v celkové ploše 7 626 m2, v nastavené matrici 2 x 3 cm do hloubky 18 cm a výškou vlasu nad povrchem 2,2 cm. Tato technologie kombinuje přírodní trávník se syntetickými vlákny pro zvýšení odolnosti a trvanlivosti hracích ploch. Součástí realizace bude i nutná demontáž a zpětná montáž koncových prvků závlahového systému a čidel kontroly půdní vlhkosti a vytápění.
