The purpose of this engagement is to gather insight from the market to help Cardiff University to refine its requirements, to understand the capabilities of potential systems and to inform the procurement process. Student Occupational Health provides support to all Cardiff University students for management referrals, health screening, immunisation, fitness to practise assessments, and clinical advice to ensure students, particularly those on healthcare, medical, and dental programmes, can safely participate in placements and university activities. The service triages health screening questionnaires from prospective students and those who require health surveillance. Health screening appointments and vaccinations are provided to around 1500 first year students annually. The service receives around 400 management referrals each academic year. The objectives for the engagement are: • To establish the level of interest in the tender opportunity • To gain an understanding of your experience of similar contracts, incorporating any lessons learnt to drive improvements. • To listen, reflect and mitigate any foreseeable risks within the proposed contract tender exercise to ensure that the service delivered at Cardiff University remains customer centric, efficient and offers value for money. • To inform the University’s final tender strategy, specification refinement, and commercial model. • To conform with the University’s Cyber Security stance and compatibility with the University’s IT standards and systems. The Trust spans the county of Nottinghamshire and is made up of 19 primary academies, with the potential to grow further, and a central team. The ICB is seeking a provider model that delivers equitable access across the three boroughs, improves service user and carer experience, and reduces unwarranted variation in waiting times, communication and outcomes. The future service is intended to respond to feedback from service users, carers and stakeholders, including the importance of timely assessments, prompt equipment provision, effective repairs and maintenance, clear communication, and continuity of support. The contract is expected to support closer integration with wider community, health, education and social care pathways, including services supporting children and young people, people with long-term conditions, and those with complex postural and mobility needs. ESPO is a public sector-owned professional buying organisation offering a comprehensive range of procurement services, including access to over 100 free-to-access framework solutions for the wider public sector. We are establishing a framework for the supply of liquid fuels, notably automotive fuels and heating oil. Recognising the geographical nature of this market, ESPO will structure the framework into multiple Lots using NUTS (Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics) codes to define regional groupings across the United Kingdom. A total of 55 Lots will be established based on these geographic regions. Suppliers may submit bids for one, several or all Lots. Customers will typically take delivery into their own bulk tanks however; the framework also includes a provision to offer Fuel Bunkering to support any customer seeking to purchase bulk fuel for their fuel card arrangements. To ensure transparency and alignment with market conditions, the pricing of liquid fuels supplied under this framework will be referenced against the relevant Platts Oil Price Index (Platts), typically on a weekly lagged basis.
