NWP and NWFRS have a diverse portfolio of approximately 120 properties across North Wales comprising of Police Stations, Fire Stations, Offices and Fleet Departments. The term of contract will be for 5 years – 2 years + 3 x 12 monthly extensions on the agreement of both parties. To provide an effective and responsive service to ensure all maintenance/property defects are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. Service will be required 24 hours a day, 364/5 days a year. When called out the contractors must be on site within 2 hours. Work on a rota system to ensure fair coverage. The aim is to produce a 24/7 callout system to ensure the estate is maintained to a high standard and will be required to react to repairing minor defaults and breakdown e.g. faulty light switch, install new USB socket, faulty electric shower, install a new induction hob; along with electrical installation works projects to the maximum value of £30K. The Council of the Isles of Scilly is the UK's smallest unitary authority, located 28 miles off the southwest coast of Cornwall. The Local Planning Authority operates within the UK planning system and covers an archipelago with a population of around 2,200 across five inhabited islands. The Council is seeking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to undertake a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) to inform the evidence base for the Local Plan Review. The Isles of Scilly faces unique flood risk challenges due to its coastal location, low-lying land, and climate change impacts. The SFRA will support policy development around flood risk management, sustainable development, and climate resilience. 2. Objectives • To provide robust evidence to support the Local Plan and future planning decisions in relation to flood risk. • To assess current and future flood risks across the islands, including tidal, surface water, groundwater, and climate change impacts. • To identify flood risk constraints and opportunities for development. • To inform site allocations and policy development in the emerging Local Plan. • To provide spatial outputs (e.g., GIS layers) and recommendations for flood risk mitigation and adaptation. The Isles of Scilly is a unique and sensitive environment with a small resident population (~2,200), high landscape and ecological value, and significant seasonal visitor pressure. This Procurement is intended to set up a list of approved Suppliers. There is no limit to the number of Suppliers who can join the framework. Call-off Award Procedures will then be conducted, and Call-off contracts will then be awarded. The initial open framework will be for Lot 1 – Overnight Fostering Short Breaks and Lot 2 – Overnight Residential Short Breaks only, with new open framework start date of 1st November 2026. Lot 3 – Domiciliary Care and Lot 4 – Short Breaks Support Workers 4 will continue on the existing Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) until 28th February 2027. The framework for Lot 3 – Domiciliary Care and Lot 4 – Short Breaks Support Workers will open in the autumn, with an open framework start date of 1st March 2027. East of England NHS collaborative Procurement Hub

The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub has established a multi-lot Social Impact Framework to support the commissioning of services that address health inequalities and the wider determinants of health. This notice relates to the first reopening of the open framework under the Procurement Act 2023. The reopening allows new suppliers to apply to join the framework and existing suppliers to apply for additional Lots where relevant. The framework provides a compliant and structured route for NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), local authorities, and other public sector bodies to procure community-based services. It is designed to strengthen collaboration with VCSEs, SMEs, and specialist providers, with the aim of improving early access to support and reducing pressure on acute services. The framework focuses on three core themes: Voice & Influence: Enabling people and communities to shape services, exercise choice, and be active participants in decision-making. Community-Led Services for Social Impact: Supporting services led by local organisations and communities, with a focus on addressing locally identified needs. Prevention & Cessation: Commissioning services that focus on prevention, early intervention, and supporting people to make positive changes, reducing demand for crisis or acute care. Services may include, but are not limited to, support relating to mental health, housing, employment, financial inclusion, domestic abuse, and wider prevention services.

This evaluation will help determine the effectiveness of ACT NOW, identify areas for refinement, and inform clinical practice recommendations and future commissioning decisions. Cormac will be acting as Principal Contractor for the major refurbishment works planned to start in early Autumn 2026. The works will see the viaduct stripped of paint, ironwork repaired and the structure repainted. Cormac are also the designers and will be working with the successful tenderer to finalise the scaffold design, the structural design, and the AIP approval process to ensure this is in place prior to construction works commencing.
