Formålet med anskaffelsen er å tilknytte oss leverandører som kan formidle lisenser på programvare, samt fungere som programvareforhandlere for våre større lisensporteføljer. Rammeavtalene skal sette oss i stand til å levere en god og balansert lisensforvaltning for hver portefølje og etterlevelse i bruk av programvaren i tråd med inngåtte avtaler med rettighetshavere. I tillegg til UDI, skal Utlendingsnemda (UNE) og Integrerings- og mangfoldsdirektoratet (IMDi) ha opsjon på å tiltre rammeavtalene på samme betingelser. Anskaffelsen er delt opp i to delområder, der det er mulighet for å gi tilbud på ett eller begge områder.Det skal inngås én rammeavtale med én juridisk person pr. delområde. Avhengig av tildelingsresultatet, kan man ende opp med inntil to ulike leverandører som da håndterer hvert sitt delområde.Rammeavtalenes lengde er maksimalt 4 år (1+1+1+1).

Newport City Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council or NCC.) invites tenders for the All Wales Supply of Grounds Maintenance Equipment and Spares framework subject to the Council’s Terms and Conditions. Newport City Council is carrying out a over threshold procurement advertised in the FTS, via Sell2Wales, under the Open Procedure of The Procurement Act 2023 to put in place a contract for All Wales Supply of Grounds Maintenance Equipment and Spares framework. In line with new options for framework agreements under the recent Procurement Act 2023, an Open Framework will be established which provides for a longer term (8 years) and the requirement to ‘open’ up the framework for new suppliers at numerous times over the framework life. This provides an opportunity for any new suppliers to apply to join the framework when NCC re-open the invitation in order to increase competition and support new emerging businesses

Trent & Dove Housing is seeking to appoint a single suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a comprehensive asbestos surveying service across its housing portfolio. The Contract includes, but is not limited to, the delivery of Management Surveys, Refurbishment and Demolition (R&D) Surveys, Reinspection Surveys, targeted surveys, communal area surveys, roofline and guttering surveys, consultancy support, asbestos sampling, laboratory analysis, asbestos register updates and associated compliance reporting. The successful Contractor will be responsible for undertaking surveys in occupied and void properties, communal areas and other assets owned or managed by Trent & Dove Housing. Survey information shall be provided electronically and integrated with Trent & Dove Housing's asbestos management system to support statutory compliance, asset management and ongoing risk management. The Contract also includes resident liaison, programme management, quality assurance, technical support, performance reporting and the provision of professional advice to assist Trent & Dove Housing in meeting its duties under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. The proposed Contract term is an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend for two further periods of twelve (12) months (3+1+1).

Swanage Green Seafront Stabilisation and Enhancement Scheme
Swanage Town Council
Swanage is a popular and thriving visitor destination, situated on the south coast adjacent to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. The Green Seafront Ground Stabilisation and Enhancement Project is a transformational coastal regeneration and stabilisation scheme focused on protecting, enhancing and future-proofing a key section of the town's seafront, overlooking the beach. The project includes: • ground stabilisation and slope protection works • public realm improvements, including hard and soft landscaping • supporting infrastructure works, including drainage, utilities and highways interfaces The Contracting Authority is considering a Design & Build procurement model, under which the appointed contractor will be responsible for both the detailed design and construction of the works. A New Engineering Contract (NEC) Engineering and Construction Contract will be used. The procurement model and contracting approach will be finalised following feedback captured during the Preliminary Market Engagement. The scope is expected to include: • Technical design and construction of ground stabilisation works to include the following methodologies: soil nailing, soil/slope regrading, new retaining walls, repairs to existing retaining walls • Technical design and construction of structures, including accessible toilet facilities and hard landscaping including seafront plaza area, paths, viewpoints, ramps, steps and the creation of new site accesses • Technical design and construction of foul and surface water drainage requirements • Demolition of a former WWII gun emplacement • Technical design and construction of the infill of Walrond Road to create a continuous green seafront space reusing site arisings to limit import of materials • The installation of 46 beach huts • Technical design and Installation of services (electric/water) to supply events fields, accessible toilets, beach huts and proposed semi-permanent food/drink concession unit • Enhanced replacement planting

The purpose is for short stay accommodation, stabilisation, recovery and sustainable move-on planning. Dedicated, specialist domestic abuse support, delivered in-house, is commissioned separately by Public Health.

This contract will support Hafod's digital transformation and transition away from traditional PSTN/ISDN infrastructure. Key Requirements Include: Core UC Services: Cloud/IP telephony, voice call packages, DDI management, and cross-device collaboration (voice, video, messaging on mobile, laptop, and tablet) utilizing existing WAN. Integrations: Full integration with Microsoft 365 tenancy and Civica Cx (SaaS CRM). Contact Centre Functionality: Omnichannel features including Automated Call Distribution (ACD), Intelligent Contact Routing (ICR/IVR) with speech recognition, administrative reporting tools, and call recording/quality management solutions. Hardware & Support: Supply of supporting hardware, transformation/migration support, and ongoing maintenance. Contract Duration: 3 years initially, with options to extend by up to 3 further periods of 2 years each (2+2+2), up to a maximum total duration of 9 years. Estimated Contract Start Date: 28th September 2026. Terms: Contract will be awarded under Hafod Standard Terms and Conditions for Services (Schedule 6). Bidders may submit proposed amendments for consideration.

The Contracting Authority intends to award a single contract to the most suitable provider. This is in accordance with the Council's strategy for adult social care to ensure that Individuals can remain in their own homes for as long as possible precluding the need for residential/nursing care. The service is delivered in people's own homes within an Extra Care scheme and enables them to return to or remain living independently. It is a service crucial in supporting discharge from hospital and preventing unnecessary hospital or residential care admission.

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board have a requirement for a contractor to carryout a full risk assessment to BS EN 62305-2:2013 across numerous sites within the Health Board's Estate. The Contractor shall be responsible for producing a detailed risk assessment for all buildings, and detailed drawings of any existing lightning protection systems for each property as part of the assessment. Where applicable the contractor shall visually inspect any property with an existing lightning protection system. Colour Photographs of each existing system shall be taken and submitted with the inspection report showing down conductors, earth test points, pits and air terminations.
