Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) is characterised by a mix of upland moorland and tracts of densely populated urban areas at lower levels. The majority of the population is concentrated in the east to west mid Valley Corridor and the southern parts of the County Borough. The population is around 180,000. Caerphilly County Borough Council is on a mission to stimulate the Circular Economy. The Authority developed a reuse facility that enables us to reduce waste and provide valuable commodities for resale at reasonable prices. A facility has been constructed on the Penallta Industrial estate, which helps the Authority redistribute resources and help to improve its waste resource management performance. CCBC aims to publish an open tender to establish a contract between the Authority and the preferred partner. The fundamental purpose of the tender is to secure a partner to operate the repair & reuse shop at the facility located next to the household waste and recycling centre (HWRC) located on Penallta Industrial Estate, South Road. The Authority seeks to promote the sale of salvaged/reusable items across Caerphilly County Borough and wishes to promote reuse and repair efforts. The Authority will work with the partner to explore and develop these opportunities where appropriate.

Merchant Acquirer, Payment Gateway, Equipment and Open Banking Service Agreement
Transport for Greater Manchester
Transport for Greater Manchester ("TfGM") now wish to procure a Merchant Acquirer, Payment Gateway, Equipment and Open Banking Service Agreement ("Agreement") which will enable the Implementation, Operation and Maintenance of a Merchant Acquiring Service, Payment Gateway Service (Option), Merchant Acquiring Equipment (Option), and Open Banking Service (Option) that will support delivery of TfGM's Ticketing Schemes and Revenue Collection. Given that over the term of the Agreement , TfGM's Ticketing Schemes will be subject to frequent revision and development, re-configuration and extension of the Merchant Acquiring Service, Payment Gateway Service (Option), Merchant Acquiring Equipment (Option), and Open Banking Service (Option) may be required to a number of additional transport and associated modes (in addition to the modes that are currently within the scope of the of existing TfGM Ticketing Schemes). Consequently, the Merchant Acquirer, Payment Gateway, Equipment and Open Banking Service Agreement ("Agreement") may be deployed to support Ticketing Schemes on (but not limited to) Tram, Light Rail, Bus, Heavy Rail, Taxi, Car-Club, Car-Hire, Parking and Park and Ride, Micro mobility, Active Travel and other travel modes. The Supplier shall provide a Merchant Acquiring Service that shall include the: • set up and configuration of the Merchant Acquiring Service; • processing, settlement and accounting of payments (one off and recurring payments) made with payment networks (such as Visa and Mastercard) enabling the Authority to accept debit or credit cards for payment of goods or services, as well as alternative payment methods (such as Direct Debit); • support for the Authority's e-Commerce, Retail, Transit and Merchant Initiated payment channels, and Card Present and Card Not Present payment methods; • integration with the Authority's Payment Gateway Services (Supplier provided and other third party) and other issuing banks facilitating Authorisation, Payment and Set

WCC - Library Refit Services Framework

The County Council is seeking to develop an 8 Year Open multi-Supplier framework to procure uplift, refit, re-design & furniture restocking of Warwickshire libraries, as-and-when required. Warwickshire County Council's (WCCs) operates through a network of 18 statutory libraries which are directly managed by the County Council. The process aims to onboard a number of providers to create an approved framework supplier list. It is hope that this will enable greater choice, versatility and competition. This Framework is not divided into lots. A minimum of 3 suppliers and maximum of 5 suppliers will be added to the framework. To tender for future opportunities, Framework Suppliers will be invited to participate in further-competition processes. The council intends to run further competition processes in which to select a supplier to deliver each Library project via the framework, however where the council (at its sole discretion) considers the use of a specific supplier from the framework is beneficial for consistency/continuity purposes (e.g additional goods from the same supplier that completed the original work) then the council reserves the right to procure via direct award to that supplier directly without competition. We are seeking Suppliers who offer expertise in design flare, innovation whilst being, durable and safe. Suppliers who can provide flexible layouts for varied events in which to meet Warwickshire diverse community needs & increase Library usage across the County. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å etablere modulbaserte boliger i Tittutveien 11. Som følge av krigen i Ukraina og det økte behovet for boliger til flyktninger, har Boligbygg fått i oppdrag av Oslo kommune å tilrettelegge for innkvartering på denne eiendommen. For å møte behovet planlegges det oppføring av midlertidige boliger basert på prefabrikkerte moduler. Oppdraget til entreprenør/modulleverandør omfatter prefabrikasjon av boligmoduler i henhold til konkurransegrunnlaget, transport til tomt, samt montering av et komplett modulbygg. I tillegg inngår nødvendige grunnarbeider på eiendommen. Modulene skal være demonterbare og utformes slik at de enkelt kan flyttes til en annen lokasjon ved behov. Boligmodulene skal utstyres med saltak for å harmonere med omkringliggende bebyggelse. Det skal også leveres ett eller to frittstående bygg til tekniske rom og boder.

Direktoratet for medisinske produkter (DMP) skal anskaffe en HPLC med PDA og FLD detektor.Instrumentet skal primært benyttes til å bestemme kvaliteten på legemidler i det norske og europeiske markedet. HPLC pumpen må håndtere tradisjonelle separasjoner med kolonner ved normalt trykk (opp til 400 bar). Pumper som kan benyttes ved høyere trykk er ønskelig, men ikke et krav.Utstyret må være kompatibelt med kromatografiprogrammet Chromeleon. Kunden vil stå for computer, tastatur, skjerm, printer og mus som styrer HPLC.Avtalen inneholder en opsjon for serviceavtale etter utløp av garantiperioden for utstyr kjøpt under denne avtalen. Opsjonen skal være gyldig så lenge utstyret er i bruk hos Kunden.
