Agent Based Maritime Traffic Modelling (Contractor)

Corporation of Trinity House

Trinity House (TH) are looking for a contractor to provide ML/AI expertise and to develop a synthetic trace generation model that reflects the macroscopic characteristics of real-world maritime traffic. Its aim is to replicate the general maritime traffic patterns of an examined area, not to predict the precise future course of individual vessels. To facilitate the exploration of 'what-if' scenarios, the envisaged model should be capable of simulating various maritime conditions and configurations/layouts of offshore infrastructure for an examined location. The generated synthetic traces are expected to contain information similar to that found in real-world AIS data, including fields such as vessel speed, course, and other pertinent details. TH will offer advice, guidance, and supervision throughout the project to ensure alignment with our requirements.

North East Lincolnshire Borough Council

The Authority is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to inform the market and the development of an accredited Crisis Resilience Fund advice service for residents of North East Lincolnshire. The purpose of this engagement is to: • Inform the market of the upcoming procurement • Inform the market of engagement undertaken to date • Understand current market strengths, gaps, challenges and barriers to delivery accredited provision. • Gain insight into how local advice services could be strengthened to improve referral pathways and support early interventions. • Ensure that any future procurement is proportionate, delivers value for money and reflects the needs of residents and stakeholders. Through this market engagement, the Authority wishes to better understand: • The level of market interest in delivering the proposed service. • Opportunities for partnership, consortium or alliance-based delivery. • Effective approaches to triage, referral management and prioritisation. • The capacity of providers to deliver preventative and early intervention support. • Risks, challenges and dependencies that should be considered within any future procurement. The Supply of Combat Garments - RN FR

LEIDOS SUPPLY, LIMITED

Team Leidos are proud to be delivering the logistics commodities and services transformation (LCS(T)) Delivery partner contracts (LCS (T)/0001 dated 16.4.2015) on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) (the ‘Prime Contract’). This requirement is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations and respective advertising action. The Defence Clothing Team, which forms part of Leidos Supply Ltd. is considering the potential requirement for the supply of Combat Garments - RN FR on behalf of the UK MoD. The total estimated value for this Framework Agreement will be between £29,548,000 and £73,869,000. The agreement will have an initial term of 5 years (60 months) with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 1 year (12 months). In addition, please note that as a framework agreement there is no guarantee of business. If this is of further interest, please register on our eProcurement system, Jaggaer: https://leidos-supply.app.jaggaer.com Bidders will be able to register on the system, and once registered they can express their interest and complete their bid on there. Should Bidders have any queries regarding the system, please contact the support team on the front page of the Jaggaer website, where it says 'Need assistance?', for help. Anyqueries regarding the tender itself, as opposed to the system, should be directed through Jaggaer's messaging centre. This procurement follows the withdrawal of an earlier tender exercise (where market engagement was carried out as part of that tender exercise). Whilst the intention had been to resume the current procurement, this is not feasible within the structure of the original tender exercise and so Team Leidos determined that re‑starting the procurement, rather than un‑pausing the previous exercise, was the most appropriate approach in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
