The NDC 3.0 includes an unconditional target, aiming for a 15% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2030 and 17% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2035, relative to the 1990 baseline year. Additionally, a conditional target aspires to achieve a more substantial 25% reduction in GHG emissions by 2035 compared to the 1990 base year.To facilitate implementation of the carbon neutrality vision, there is a need for a concrete action plan with sectoral and cross-sectoral activities, including a clear assessment of activities emission reduction/absorption potential, timeframe, and responsible partners identified.
