The purpose of this RFP is to identify and appoint Suppliers capable of delivering safe, innovative, clinically effective, and value-for-money soft tissue robotic-assisted surgery solutions that support current and future service requirements across Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora. Suppliers must demonstrate their ability to meet the technical, commercial, and other requirements specified in this RFP. We don't want responses for Orthopaedic robots.

The Electricity Authority Te Mana Hiko (Authority) requires a provider to conduct an independent review and provide advice on: - how the System Operator’s performance should be assessed (based on comparison with international system operator models and considering the New Zealand context); - whether current arrangements deliver value for money and identify opportunities for improvement. When evaluating responses to the RFP we will consider: - the supplier’s relevant experience and track record - how well the proposed solution meets our requirements - the supplier’s capacity to deliver within the required timeframe - the extent to which the proposal delivers economic benefits to New Zealand - overall value for money, based on price in relation to the quality and expected outcomes of the proposed solution.
