Council invites tenders from experienced playground contractors to deliver a fully inclusive, all-ages destination playground at Pookeno Sports Park, incorporating cultural narrative, accessible play, and a comprehensive range of play experiences for the wider northern Waikato and southern Auckland catchment. Council requires a single point of accountability for the full scope of works including liaison and coordination and installation of all playground equipment, civil works, landscaping works, safety surfacing, and services within the playground footprint. All consenting and/ or exemption requirements, quality assurance, and health and safety obligations are to be met by the supplier throughout the duration of the contract. The Destination Playground design has been completed, and certain long-lead playground equipment items have been contracted.

The University of Canterbury requires a contracted supplier to provide qualified security personnel on an as-required basis to support campus operations, events, leave cover and emergency situations across UC campuses and associated facilities. Guards’ services will be ordered via email on an as required basis; there are no set hours. Required times to provide staff on site • General rostered shifts or function guards – 24 hours-notice • Sick leave cover – 3 hours - notice • Emergency or disaster situations – 3 hours - notice Respondents will need to meet all preconditions in order to proceed to evaluation stage. This project involves the upgrade of the existing mechanical services installation at 126 Oxford Street in Levin. The building is owned and managed by Horowhenua District Council. The scope of this project is to upgrade the existing aging VRF system with a new Hybrid VRF system as part of a roof remediation project, and to upgrade the existing exhaust air ventilation system. The project works comprise: • Building type: Commercial office (Horowhenua District Council Civic Centre). • Floors: Two office floors plus basement car parking. • Net lettable area: ~2,500 m2 excluding the basement. The work is to be carried out in accordance with the drawings and this specification, but if the contractor has any concerns regarding the work, or any suggestions to improve efficiency, buildability, quality, or economy, they are welcome to raise these with the engineer who will decide on the matters raised. This Civic Building will be occupied with staff while the work is carried out. The contractor shall include for the supply, installation, modification, testing, commissioning, proving / demonstration and setting to work of all the equipment and materials required to complete the HVAC services. This shall include all skilled labour for the completion of the works, ready for handover to the client in working order, along with all supporting handover documentation. This specification covers the following services: • Removal and disposal of the existing VRF system • Installation of new Hybrid VRF outdoor plant (six units) • Installation of new Hybrid VRF units (50 indoor units in total) • Installation of seven Hybrid VRF branch controllers, and all associated refrigerant pipework, water pipework, and domestic water supply and expansion systems. • Removal and disposal of the existing bar grilles as documented on the demolition plans. • Installation of new double deflection linear bar grilles. • Installation of ten new fans replacing the existing fans. • Condensate drainage to indoor

Health NZ Waitematā - High Voltage (HV) Metering Project Contractor - 14 x files attached. Health New Zealand, Northern Region, Waitematā District (the Principal) is seeking to procure the services of a Vector approved High Voltage (HV) Electrical Contractor to deliver the design and build of HV Electrical Site Tariff Metering at the North Shore Hospital (NSH) campus (the Project). The Principal is undertaking the Design and Build of Electrical Site Tariff Metering at the NSH Campus. The NSH site currently has at least 10 Low Voltage (LV) and 2 x Medium Voltage (MV) electrical tariff meters. These shall be replaced by two HV site boundary meters. Decommissioning of these LV and MV meters and their removal may form part of this scope as a variation, other than substation 4 which shall be included. The existing HV entry point on Shea Terrace is part of the NSH owned and maintained Substation 4. Modifications to this substation are required to facilitate the new metering. This is the primary (dedicated) feed from the local Vector Wairau zone substation. A new substation (Substation 6) provisioning for a 1 Mega Volt Ampere (MVA) transformer shall be established along the northern boundary with Carmel College which will also include a new HV meter. This will intercept the existing secondary backup feed, also from the Wairau zone substation. Note: The current Vector demarcation of the secondary supply of the NSH site is currently at substation 3 by the Whenua Pupuke building, not at Shakespeare Rd itself. The new demarcation point shall be this new Substation 6. Although the HV network within the NSH site is privately owned, all works should comply with Vector standards unless authorised by the Principal. Note: Other Health NZ Northern Region hospitals may source the same / similar services during the contract term of the contract awarded as a result of this procurement. Boiler House Energy Centre Electrical Upgrade Project (Substation 3)

We have a project to upgrade the Boiler House Energy Centre at Palmerston North Hospital. We are planning to issue a procurement notice for the construction works for the Electrical Upgrade Project in the near future. We are seeking to gauge market interest and understand contractor availability and capability before progressing to the formal procurement phase. We anticipate engaging a Main Contractor to construct and commission the electrical infrastructure upgrade works within the Boiler House Energy Centre. The works are likely to include: • upgrading the existing power network cable between Substations • replacing the Main Switchboard in the Boiler House Energy Centre • providing Generator Synchronising Board and associated cabling and controls • upgrading electrical distribution and control changes to specified campus blocks • upgrading SCADA and controls to accommodate consequential changes resulting for the works • providing 10 additional fire cells to segregate critical infrastructure systems • upgrading the Boiler House Energy Centre and the installation of 11kV in ground cabling • integrating commissioning of standby power systems and low voltage systems • supplying 'As-Built' documentation We would appreciate it if Main Contractors interested in undertaking the construction works, could respond via email and provide the following information: * Confirmation of your interest and availability to undertake the works over the next six months * A brief overview (list) of your relevant experience on similar electrical upgrade projects This request is for market sounding purposes only and does not constitute a tender or commitment by us to proceed with the procurement.
