The ERP Programme underpins the establishment of BSI as a single, integrated organisation and will introduce new enterprise wide processes, governance models, decision making disciplines, data standards, and ways of working across multiple legacy entities, business functions, and sites. BSI is seeking a strategic Legacy Systems Modifications and Integration partner to deliver an effective Legacy System Modifications and Integration capability that will support high levels of Integration across the multiple legacy entities. The proposed implementation strategy will utilise a Function-Wise implementation approach. This approach will likely require Legacy System modifications and/or associated Integration modifications across all phases of the Programme including supporting effective regression testing to be performed as the additional functions are deployed.

The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWAST) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver Ambulance Specialist Manual Handling Training and Consultancy Services for its workforce across the South West of England. The contract will support the Trust in maintaining safe, effective, and compliant manual handling practices for operational and non-operational staff, helping to reduce the risk of injury and promote workforce wellbeing. The successful provider will be expected to deliver specialist manual handling training, expert advice, consultancy support, and a train-the-trainer approach to enable the Trust to maintain and continuously improve its manual handling capability. Services will support a large and geographically dispersed workforce operating across Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire. This procurement is being conducted as a below-threshold Open Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. The contract is anticipated to commence on 1 September 2026 for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for up to a further three years at the Trust’s discretion, giving a maximum contract term of six years. The estimated maximum contract value, including all extension options, is £60,000 excluding VAT. The Trust is seeking a provider that can demonstrate expertise in specialist manual handling within ambulance and healthcare environments, robust quality assurance arrangements, effective governance and risk management processes, and the ability to deliver meaningful service improvements and workforce development initiatives. Interested suppliers should review the procurement documents available via the Trust’s e-tendering portal and submit their tender response in accordance with the published procurement timetable.

Scottish Water is looking to appoint framework partners to support the refurbishment of valves across its asset base throughout Scotland. This work forms a key part of Scottish Water's Beyond Net Zero ambitions, aiming to reduce carbon emissions, minimise waste, and extend the operational life of critical infrastructure. Refurbishment will be prioritised over replacement wherever possible, supporting a circular economy approach. The proposed framework will contribute directly to the delivery of SR27 commitments, with a focus on refurbishing as many valves as practicable across the network. Scope is expected to include, but is not limited to, inspection, refurbishment, repair, testing, and reinstallation of a wide range of valve types and sizes. Scottish Water is particularly interested in engaging with suppliers who can: Demonstrate innovative, low‑carbon refurbishment techniques Maximise asset lifespan and whole life value Align with Beyond Net Zero, Beyond Zero Harm, Value for Money and Social Value objectives This PIN is issued to understand market interest, capacity and capability. Feedback received will help inform the procurement strategy and potential structure of a future framework agreement.

Electric Van Trial - Market Engagement Exercise

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is looking to engage with suppliers / manufacturers who can supply five electric vans on a short term trial basis (12 months) to support an EV home charger trial. This trial will take place within the Councils Housing Department where ninety-one diesel vans are currently under contract. This trial will inform future decisions and the long-term plans / aspirations for the wider fleet in support of the Councils carbon reduction goals. Details of the vehicles required can be found on etenderWales or can be requested by emailing procurement@wrexham.gov.uk (this notice does not allow the Council to upload attachments currently). If a supplier is unable to comply with the Councils requirements but may be able to comply with these requirements in the next 12 months, please detail this within your response to the Council. It is the Councils preferred option to source electric vans that comply with the ISO 1158-2 standard for Plug & Charge and / or the Auto Charge feature. The purpose for this is to support the automatic reconciliation / payment of vehicle charge costs with the ability to distinguish between vehicles when using a home charger, i.e. a Council vehicle and personal vehicle. If a supplier is aware of an alternative solution that can meet this requirement without the need for the ISO 1158-2 standard or the Auto Charge feature, please detail this within your response. Ascendancy Partnership Trust (APT) is a specialist Multi-Academy Trust serving children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across Berkshire. Included in the tender is the requirement for Cleaning Services for Addington and Brookfields schools. The schools within Ascendancy Partnership Trust provide education and support for pupils with a broad range of special educational needs. As a result, the Trust requires a cleaning service that is highly responsive, flexible and sensitive to the needs of pupils, staff and visitors. The successful contractor will be expected to maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control across all areas of the schools, whilst ensuring that cleaning activities are carried out safely, discreetly and with minimal disruption to teaching and learning. Particular emphasis will be placed on safeguarding, the appropriate use of cleaning products, enhanced cleaning of welfare and hygiene facilities, effective communication with school leadership teams, and the ability to respond promptly to incidents, spillages and changing operational requirements. The Trust is seeking a contractor that can demonstrate experience of working within educational environments and an understanding of the additional considerations associated with specialist school settings. Staff on Local Government Pension Schemes (LGPS) are present in the TUPE.
