Renovasjonsselskapet for Drammensregionen IKS, hereafter called the contracting authority or RfD, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the transport and treatment of residue waste from the collection scheme. RfD is an intermunicipal company owned by five municipalities: Drammen, Lier, Modum, Sigdal and Øvre Eiker. The company ensures collection and recycling of household waste in the Region of Drammen. There are approx. 172,000 inhabitants in the five owner municipalities, 77,000 households and 8,000 holiday homes. RfD also operates six recycling stations and one loading station. RfD provides a sustainable sanitation service based on source sorting, recycling, waste minimisation and re-use. From autumn 2026 RfD shall operate the collection scheme for waste from households in the Drammen region itself. From January 2027 we also switch from 2 to 4 weeks collection frequency for residue waste.

La consultation est effectuée sous forme d’un marché public sur Appel d’Offres Ouvert passé en application des articles R. 2113-1 à -3, R. 2124-1 et -2, R. 2131-16 et -17, R. 2161-1 à -5, R. 2162-1 à -6 et R. 2162-13 et -14 du Code de la commande publique. D'une surface unitaire égale à 2 m², ces mobiliers sont déployés de manière à assurer un maillage homogène du territoire parisien. Conformément aux articles R581-42 et R581-47 du code de l'environnement, ces mobiliers supportent de la publicité à titre accessoire. Le concessionnaire assurera l'affichage, pour le compte de la Ville de Paris, d'informations à caractère général ou local. Dans ce cadre, le concessionnaire sera chargé de l'exploitation, dont notamment l'entretien et la maintenance, des mobiliers urbains d'information à caractère général ou local, supportant de la publicité à titre accessoire. Le nombre de mobiliers urbains d'information (MUI) à exploiter est de 1 630 (chaque mobilier comporte deux faces), dont 200 MUI « plans » pour lesquels une face du mobilier accueille un plan de quartier. L’affichage publicitaire ne peut excéder 50 % de l’affichage total sur l’ensemble du parc. Par ailleurs, conformément au code de l’environnement et au RLP, le nombre d’affiches publicitaires par mobilier ne doit pas dépasser 50 % du nombre d’affiches global et chaque face du mobilier doit comporter au moins une affiche municipale. Par exception, pour les 200 mobiliers dotés d’une face fixe « plan », la face opposée pourra ne supporter que de l’affichage publicitaire. Le concédant se réserve la possibilité de demander au concessionnaire de déposer définitivement une partie du parc (5 % ou 10 % des mobiliers) au cours du contrat. La Ville de Paris ne participera pas au financement du service. Le concessionnaire assumera seul le risque d'exploitation du service. Pour l'exploitation du service, le concessionnaire sera autorisé par le contrat à occuper les dépendances du domaine public viaire de la Ville

Předmětem plnění zadávané veřejné zakázky jsou služby spočívající v realizaci nezbytných rozvojových či vývojových požadavků ve vztahu k personálnímu systému FLUXPAM 5, a to zejména s ohledem na neustálý vývoj oblasti související legislativy. Klíčové oblasti rozvoje zahrnují zejména: (1) Legislativní shoda – modul Jednotného měsíčního hlášení, elektronické PPDP, revize docházky; (2) Provozní efektivita a integrace, optimalizace workflow; (3) Technická stabilita a Exit strategie – výkonová optimalizace, datová příprava pro migraci. Tyto služby budou čerpány postupně, na základě jednotlivých dílčích smluv, které budou s ohledem na uzavření rámcové dohody s jedním dodavatelem v souladu s § 132 odst. 3 písm. b) ZZVZ uzavírány postupem bez obnovení soutěže. Podrobnosti viz příloha č. 2 ZD. výzvy objednatele, na jejímž základě zhotovitel stanoví odhad pracnosti a možný termín realizace s tím, že realizace proběhne až po odsouhlasení a písemném objednání objednatelem. Tyto služby jsou pro zhotovitele nenárokové a budou čerpány jen v případě potřeby a objednání ze strany objednatele. Služby budou hrazeny vždy po předání realizovaného požadavku na základě akceptačního protokolu. Podrobné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky, včetně technických podmínek v podrobnostech nezbytných pro zpracování nabídky, je uvedeno v přílohách zadávací dokumentace.
